Our new Outlander from Motorama Springwood
John & I purchased a new Outlander off Phil Gith this week and would love to recommend Phil and the team at Motorama Mitsubishi Springwood to everyone. Phil was very helpful, explaining all the features of the vehicle, offering to pair my phone and giving us hints on getting the best out of the Outlander. Jo, the Business Manager, had the finance and insurance all organised for us very smoothly and was a pleasure to deal with. The whole process of purchasing the Outlander was amazingly easy and the Outlander itself is soooo nice, we should of done it ages ago.

Deceptive and misleading sales tactics
Our salesperson Shanan appeared knowledgeable and was friendly, however we felt very uncomfortable about the strong, deceptive sales tactics employed in an attempt to get us to go through the internal finance option. On numerous occasions we were told that we would be able to get our new car faster if we chose internal Motorama finance. In our initial discussions, Shanan told us that Motorama finance means you can pick up your car within a week, but all other finance options from elsewhere usually takes weeks longer - this just isn't the case. In a latter instance, we were told we could pick up the car on one day on the assumption we had chosen the Motorama finance option, and when we advised we had sought finance elsewhere and already had the funds available in our account ready to provide to Mitsubishi Motorama we were told that suddenly the car wasn't available until a week later...after we pushed back on this, the car became available earlier. We found this extremely misleading and in fact deceptive in an attempt to get us to go via Motorama finance, which actually was significantly more expensive than going through our own bank, and no faster in providing finance.
We were also very angry about how the Motorama finance option was presented by David. We were given a total fortnightly payment, with no breakdown of costs. When we asked for specific costs such as establishment fees and ongoing monthly fees, we were met with an annoyed response, and he just pointed out that it was all included in the fortnightly repayment. We were told that the only way we would get that information provided to us formally in writing was to apply for the loan. We were able to get the information verbally from David, but had to question him a number of times. All fees and charges associated with a loan should be disclosed upfront at all times. This seemed to us to be misleading and deceptive conduct, and we have considered reporting it to the ombudsman, and still may.
Overall, while we are happy with the vehicle that we purchased, the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths and we certainly will not be recommending Mitsubishi Motorama Springwood to any family or friends. It really has played up to the cliche of car salespeople being dodgy and has not been a pleasant experience.

After we had a very unpleasant experience with Mitsubishi Barton’s at Capalaba i was kind of going off the idea of buying a Mitsubishi even thought I really liked the car. My neighbour suggested I go to motorama as he had bought a car through them and was impressed with their service. Still cautious I did pop down to see what they had in stock. Got a fantastic car salesperson Nikki who was just great to deal with. The sales manager also took the time to come and see me to introduce herself and see what she could do to meet our sales needs. We gave our realistic finances and what we were after and what we had to trade and a deal was do without any issues. Something Barton’s could not even get close to. We were treated with respect and courtesy and in particular we were most impressed with Nikki humour throughout the experience. She was very human, real and honest. A complete opposite to the experience I had 5 days prior at the other franchise.

Excellent customer service, car was delivered to my door over 100k from the dealership and I love my new car. Craig (salesman) took the time to show me the features of the vehicle and when I discovered one of the keys was damaged, organised replacements.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

Hayden was happy to assist us with everything we wanted and needed. He helped us find the perfect car, which is we new was hard to find. The feedback he gave us was honest and succinct. Everything that he said was to be done, was done. He was always and pleasant and genuine to deal with. I would be happy to deal with not just Motorama again, but I would insist on dealing only with Hayden. Genuine and real people are hard to find nowadays.

Awesome experience.
Awesome experience! This is our second car purchased from Motorama Mitsubishi Springwood in the last 3 months and couldn’t be happier. Super easy no stress purchase all thanks to Dale, he was great always was helpful no matter what and a very polite, mature young man. Would happily recommend buying a car from you guys again and look forward to seeing you guys at service time and getting some upgrades soon.

Bought a second used car from Motorama Moorooka - ( Alan Durham ) in six months, After purchasing a used Kia previously , I was so impressed that there was only one place I would go to again. I contacted Alan and gave him a price and told him the type of car I required and was prepared to wait . Alan came up with a beauty at the right price . I have had the car for 3 months and everything is going great.I was so confident in the purchase that I did not even arrange an inspection , travelled by two trains to collect. Any further purchases I may need will be through Alan .People should seriously look at Motorama when purchasing a car. Thanks John Maltby

It is a common theme in the reviews I have seen, and is now no surprise to me, Sam is a legend! He made both my partner and I feel extremely comfortable immediately upon walking in. He never went close to the "pushy salesman" line, was very upfront and helpful, and due to all that he played a big part in us deciding we did not need to look any further.
The rest of the team were great too, Chris the finance dude was extremely open and honest with us, and was able to match what the other finance companies were offering online, so it was a no-brainer in the end.
Could not recommend these guys any more highly!

Fitment of accessories & 1500k check
My car was booked in to have the weather shields, bonnet protector and wiring loom for spot lights fitted as they were on back order. I was told my car would take 3 hours due to the 1500 k service also being done at the same time. I caught the bus to the Hyperdome. I got a call around 12 saying that my car was now going to be ready at 3. I was told the extra time was due to the wiring loom. This was a detail that was made at the time of the booking. 6 hours for a 1500 k check and the fitting of accessories seemed to be very excessive. If I had been told to this at time I dropped off the car I could've been prepared. I hope the next experience with you is of a better standard.
