This backpack is everything it promises—super reflective, tons of pockets, and the perfect space for all the rider essentials (plus snacks, obviously). Shipping was lightning fast even over the holidays, which is basically wizard-level impressive. I had a tiny order hiccup, but Chris handled it like a customer service superhero—fast, friendly, and fuss-free. First purchase and I’m already telling all my friends. Amazing products, amazing support, zero regrets. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Really great quality products and really fast shipping from America to the UK. Great selection of humorous products I’ll definitely have a look around their website again.

sadly i had to pay for custom duties which was 12€ the quality of my keychain is fire tho 😔 the date of delivery seems fine

Recently ordered a keytag but got sent the wrong one. Brought this up with customer service and they were very helpful with it, got a new one shipped within a day! Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely order from these guys again.

I will start from Chris, the owner of Motoloot. He is such a great person that would kill for the happiness of his customers!
Unfortunately I can't buy the entire shop but listen to me, the quality of the articles is something extraordinary.
If you are searching for some accessory for your motorbike this is the most right perfect wonderful place.
I want to enlight also the shipping times, I ordered from Italy and the package arrived at light speed, I was not expecting it so fast.
On your first order they give you also a gift so why you shouldn't buy from here?
I'll surely empty my wallet again from Motoloot!

Amazing stuff. Got a free gift in my first order just ordered another thing. Great product I hit 160 and it didn’t even look damaged I love the free key tag the support was amazing the second they figured out shipping might be late they refunded me the 10 and gave a personal email for apology! Didnt received anything. I wrote the support. The told me to wait. A week after, still didnt got anything. Then the packet went to a status that i need ti pick it up. Didnt knew where to pick up. Told it the support. They told me to wait for a week, otherwise they would send it again. Never heard again from motoloot. Now i charge the money back trough my creditcard company.

Honestly, from no business ever have I had this amazing of service and support.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered roughly €100 worth of stuff from Chris and his amazing company.
After 4 weeks and a customs payment the postal service told me they had no idea where my package was.

So I contacted Chris, who within 12 hours responded and called the postal service.
He also stated how "extremely unhelpfull" they were and that they probably lost it.

So without any hassle or problems he was willing to resend my whole order for free, and change the value to make the customs payment go away or atleast a lot cheaper.

A day later the package arrived and an apology note from the postal company.

But I honestly have never experienced this amazing of a service!
The products are also very good quality, durable and well made.

I bought a load of key chains for my backpack and a bracelet.

He send me a video about the bracelet to show how it opens (very cool and sleak design)
And the bracelet itself is sturdy, rugged and comfortable to wear.

All in all an amazing company, with a great founder and high quality products.

I would definitely order here again!

Ordering was finde, quality is ok and the price is mostly the same like from etsy, but you get a few gift. I ordered a Key Ring.
Store is in the us and I ordered from germany (via Instagram Ads) I paid 2€ customs, which is ok, but the postal service took another 6€ for the service of collecting the customs. So the vost was almos 20€ for one key ring. Definitly would not do it again.

As you can see from other reviews Chris @MotoLoot really cares about his Customers. I recently purchased another fun looking Helmet Cover from them and asked if he could supply some spare plastic bags in my order as I had previously made the mistake of throwing them away.

He did not have these spare but refunded me part of my order to help me procure some, wow! There was no need for him to do this but it shows that what a great person and company they are to deal with, a very rare one in these times, thank you Chris!

I bought a product from them, but because i live in Belgium, the package was stopped by customs and I had to pay a fine almost double the price of my purchase before I could receive my package. So I contacted Motoloot customer service and they thought this was so sad that they refunded my entire purchase. Never before experienced a company that cares so much about their customers, these people actually really care.
I strongly recommend this.
