carbon parts needed some work to make fit but nothing major and with a bit of playing around the parts look factory on my MV F4,very happy with the result and considering i live in Oz the parts were delivered quickly even with a xmas break and manufacturing delays on a couple of parts,communication was great during the whole process and felt like any problems i might have would be quickly dealt with and resolved,highly recommend these guys,very professional,is that how you spell that?!?!

These guys get a 5 star reviews because…
These guys get a 5 star reviews because their website is great, works well, and is updated correctly.
In other words, when you try to buy these type of products from other companies they will say that their products are "in stock" when they're not, and they're ordered from China, and take forever to get in.
MotoComposites is updated and their customer service is excellent..

This company makes beautiful parts..
Now the bad... they take forever to make anything you order.. they told me 5 to 6 weeks its took 3 months before I saw the parts.
2; one of the parts was damaged in delivery and they took no responsibility and would not answer their email or phone calls..
3; one of the parts i personally called to make sure that the part would be correct. It was custom ordered and didn't fit... and their reply " you ordered it sorry no refunds "
This company customer service is the WORST I've ever dealt with. Highly not recommended.. unless you are desperate for the parts..and want to put up with their BS
My background: I am 58 and a professional motorcycle technician in the industry for over 20years.. built motorcycles for 47years..
It's too bad they could make alot more money from me if they would have just been fair..
They just don't care after they have your MONEY.

As the owner of the company, I was concerned when this gentleman called me a month ago and told me that he hadn't been taken care of correctly.
It was while we were looking over the two orders from April, 2018, one $40 key guard and a $100 air filter cover, that I saw that the customer had complained about receiving the filter cover with a scratch. We had asked him to provide a photo at the time, which he never did. So this time, I again asked him if he would send a photo. Completely unprovoked, he went into a rage, claiming that this was poor customer service and then went on to yelling at us over several minutes, then using profanity and finally calling us names, upon which we terminated the conversation.
