I had some doubts about the sizes and the reviews I read but I loved the design so much so I had to give it a try. I have no regret! Delivered within 5 days (before the estimated date), and the quality is great - This piece sets the mood of the room

GREAT QUALITY! I had my doubts because of this reviews, but I received my paintings. it is super b quality!!

I was unsure whether or not to order from here having read some bad reviews. I had a question about the sizes and although a little delay they came back and confirmed the sizes and were helpful. I placed the order again slightly worried, about the quality and if they were as described and sizes were correct. For me it was a large amount of money, a 3 piece picture. I placed the order and it turned up within 5 days and I am thrilled with it. I can not speak for anyone else but for me the service and quality of the product is fantastic. Thank you. I will be placing another order. I will also show picture of piece once mounted.

Not even sure where to start! Ordered 60 x 40 canvas print and the initial piece was damaged upon arrival. After several emails, they finally shipped a replacement canvas. The second item was in poorer condition than the original. I've now sent 6 emails over a 3 week period and finally received a response yesterday advising Mei need to return to France for a refund and they aren't willing to pay for shipping. Shipping would be over &100.00. What a scam!!
I would not suggest buying from this company. I strongly believe the reviews on their website are fictitious. You can't call them, only email and it may take weeks before you hear back from them.

Guess I'm out over $300.00!

I ordered a piece for my office and it came within 2 days. The piece is exactly what I need and inspire me everyday. Customer service was helpful!

Worse company ever. Do NOT order anything from them. Is a SCAM. Ordered a canvas 36*70 a received a 24*36. Canvas received is $100 less of what we paid. There is absolutely no way to communicate with them. Only an email address which they dont responded. Very frustrated. They should be shutdown for fraud!!

Poor form but this is mainly due to a very misleading artwork measurement structure being adopted on the Motiv-Art website.

It’s all about consistency....there isn’t any and I feel let down and just a little foolish too. Like I’ve been duped. Which I have.

If buying a four piece canvas as I did with “Conquer” then BUYER BEWARE because you might just end up like me with a wall hanging HALF the size of what you expected.

I’ll explain. Their largest single piece of “Conquer” is (and I quote exactly from their website) :-

40”x60”(100x150cm) $334.99USD

I preferred the look of the 4 piece hanging and therefore ordered :-

4pcs48”x24”(120x60cm) $149.99USD

Now that might seem obvious to some but my thoughts were that I was getting FOUR pieces EACH at that size i.e. a TOTAL of 480x60cm (length by height) and the reason that it was cheaper (than the 100x150cm single piece) was because they were individually smaller pieces and could be manufactured and would then ship cheaper.

Nope, I have ended up with a total canvas of just 120cm high and 240cm long. Because they have been crafty and I think very underhand too, FLIPPING the standardly used HxL measurements for ALL of the single canvas dimensions and making the four canvas measurements LxH.

Shame on you Motiv-Art. This was a company purchase and you know full well that I’d looked at other pieces on your site, as I put them in my basket and then didn’t buy....and you kept inviting me back to purchase with this offer and that offer (3 for 2, % discount etc.) The sole reason I didn’t buy more was because I wanted to see how you performed first with just the one purchase. I also didn’t get my discount either because ridiculously this arrived AFTER I’d selected and paid. Not good and I’ll be clear here, this is short term gain for you but at the end of the day you’ll feel the pain because I won’t buy again. Ever.

The piece itself is ok. Small. Disappointingly so. The quality is acceptable. I’ll put it up in our gym and put it down to experience and next time I’ll want to see before I buy. But that won’t be from Motiv-Art.

Awful cheap!! Scam !!!!!

I spent a long time looking at different art work for my living room. I finally decided on Lightning Texture 1. Not only were the colors not as pictured (the colors were very faded) a part of the panel arrived damaged. Customer service was a disaster! I could either get 50% off my next order, or pay for shipping to France for a refund. Neither was an acceptable solution. Very disappointed.

I bought 5 paintings on this site.
And I can assure you that deliveries are a problem with this company.
1) 1 painting received alone
2) 1 painting supposedly delivered, then to be picked up at a UPS point and then lost ...
3) 1 painting is said to be blocked at the customs and I have to pay vat and import taxes if I want to receive it.
4) 1 table returned but also lost
5) and 1 painting offered but never arrived, never received

So out of five paintings, only one arrived.

So I ask either to send back the items of the order I paid for ... or to be reimbursed. The answer is to wait for the process ... and this for several weeks.

I have paid and I haven't received my orders, after several months and this site hasn't refunded me yet. It's not serious at all. I prefer to warn other customers because it's theft because they don't want to refund.

I'm going to give it to my lawyer and I won't stop there.
