I’m absolutely furious with how Motion Array is handling subscriptions. THERE IS NO OPTION to cancel my plan from the dashboard. No button, no link, NOTHING. This is pure manipulation and a trap. I’ve tried contacting support — no response. I shouldn’t have to block my bank card to stop you from stealing my money.

This is unacceptable and possibly illegal under EU consumer protection laws. If I get charged again, I will report this to the authorities and make sure EVERY creative out there knows how shady this platform is.

CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY.
This is beyond unprofessional. Shame on you.

Litterally impossible to cancel, they've taken 8 months payments and still cannot cancel, talk to a human, but it's a 2 second job to upgrade. Do not use this company.

As a long-time contributor under the name Iros Young, I was one of the early music authors who helped bring new users and composers to Motion Array from the CIS region.

After years of uploading and following the rules, they suddenly deleted my account, provided no evidence, no clear explanation, and withheld my final payment — right before payout. I received vague accusations and was never given a chance to respond.

This wasn’t just unprofessional — it was unethical.

I’ve since warned dozens of fellow composers about this practice, and will continue to do so. Platforms that treat their creators this way don’t deserve their trust or their content.

To all freelancers out there: you are not safe on Motion Array.

Always Great Support

Customer service is excellent. Whenever I have a subscription or payment issue it is handled within a few days. The customer service protocol is very much considerate and in favor of the customer

There was a copyright issue with a failure to claim, and the bot was unhelpful. The team didn’t resolve it in time. On top of that, the website is extremely slow, and its content is the lowest in both quality and quantity compared to others.

Imposible darse de baja! ni con sus "ayudas" se con¡sigue, o por lo menos en mi caso. Cuenta con dos trabajadores. imposible llegar a downgrade a Free para luego cancelar.

It was the customer service that I appreciated. I was having trouble with a template being the wrong shape and they provided me with a video, made especially for me to show me a workaround. I really appreciated that.

I had an issue with a music copyright clearance on my YouTube post and everything was clarified in no time. There also was a problem by finding some old invoices in my account, but the support team helped me in a very short time. So, Thank you very much!

I tried to upgrade my montly plan to a higher MONTHLY plan and they charged me for a full year. whats crazy is I double verified to see if it was actually montly and not yearly. then they charged me 415$ they did that before when I had artlist now they did it to evado elements. they are schemers. I sent them an email and they replied lying and saying that they cant do the refund because I had the account from them prior but that makes 0 sence. thats soo unfortunate for me because I really needed the money they took from me so now I have to contest it with my bank

Its got great material for creators and its truly easy to use and they have a really great support system in case of any issues you might face - I have to say that in the the 3-4 years of being a subscriber I've only needed support once - The best site around
