PASSIVE AGRESSIVE.....Used this company many times over the years , had been a fairly good experience .. But today was delt with by a man in a rather passive Agressive manner..
So passive agressive that i now feel i have no choice but to find a different garage .
Customer relations are clearly not his strong point .
If you wish to be listened to and not spoken over...my advise would be to seek out a place with people who are happy to be working there.

I would like to share my experience with this garage.

I took my car to this garage because the air conditioning was not working. A couple of hours later, they called me and said that the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced. I asked how much the repair would cost, and they told me it would be between £250 and £300 maximum. I also asked how long the repair would take, and they told me they would contact me by the end of the day. Based on that information, I agreed to the repair.

Unfortunately, nobody called or sent me a message for the rest of the day to let me know they would not be able to finish my car. At around 5:30 pm, I started calling them myself, but nobody answered. The garage closes at 5:30 pm, even though their website says they are open until 6:00 pm.

At around 5:45 pm, I took a taxi to the garage, only to find it already closed. My car was not on the forecourt, so I assumed it was still inside the workshop. Since I live in Aldershot, not Woking, I had no choice but to take another taxi home.

The next morning, I had to take a taxi to work. At 9:00 am, I noticed a missed call from the garage, and at 9:02 am they sent me a message saying that my car was ready to be collected.

When I arrived at the garage, I asked a member of staff why nobody had informed me the previous day that my car would not be ready and would have to stay overnight. I was told that they had tried to call me but I did not answer. That is simply not true. I did not receive any calls from them during the day. I then asked why they hadn’t sent me a text message instead. The receptionist just kept repeating the same answer over and over again: “Because you didn’t answer the phone.”

They refused to accept any responsibility for the poor communication.

The repair itself may have been completed, but customer service and communication are just as important. Leaving a customer without any update, causing unnecessary taxi expenses and inconvenience, and then refusing to admit a mistake is simply unacceptable.

This was my experience. Make your own decision before trusting this garage with your car.

Incredible service from booking to dropping off the car and even on collection! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff across the board! Not only did they offer to fix a problem caused by a previous mechanic but went out of their way to order in a discontinued part from the internet in their own time and got it sorted within 2 days! RAC took my son's Mini there with a leaking rubber coolant hose and left car there in their yard on a Sunday. They did the simple job on the Monday without first advising the cost. Unbelievably they ripped him off to the tune of £255 for 30minutes work and a £20 part, absolute crooks and worse still someone in the RAC is feeding them work. Just seen this receipt when going through service records with my son. This rip off took place 26th June 2024 which I can't put correctly in Experience Date. Invoice number is 9637.

Fantastic service from MOT Broz! Pawet got me booked in and retested quickly, and Richard was great with the inspection. They even called with a cancellation so I could get back on the road sooner. Highly recommend!

Very disappointing experience.
This garage clearly prioritizes only high-paying jobs. I arrived at 5:40 PM—well before their 6:00 PM closing time—with a visibly rotten tire. Despite seeing the condition of my van, they refused to help and closed the garage door in front of me without a second thought. No concern for safety, no basic customer service. If your issue isn’t expensive or profitable for them, don’t expect any help. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I have used this company a few times now. They have a very professional service, I will happily continue bringing my vehicles to them.

The first was the prompt response,they were able to carry out the repair immediately.

To come up with a practical solution, which
Saved both time and money.
Thirdly, while waiting on the repair taking place, we were able to have coffee in a relaxing environment

Had a very positive experience with the crew over at MOT Bros, everyone has been very professional and knowledgable. They completed the work in time, pleased with the service. Highly recommended.

The most amazing garage I have been so far. The receptionist and the mechanics were super friendly, allowed even to go in the actual working area to see the issue with the car. At the last half hour before closing they went to euro car part to get the needed part and stayed after hours to fix the cars issue and didn't take any extra costs or put ridiculous overpriced price. 110% recommended. Good people do exist in this world. Thank you again.

RAC dropped my car with broken crankshaft pulley lunchtime Tuesday, was quoted price soon after & was repaired and picked up Thursday lunchtime.The bossman phoned me on the wednesday evening and asked if car was running ok before....
I explained I had had work done 2 weeks earlier.... He then explained a few problems but rectified these F.O.C!!!!
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION ALL ROUND!!!!!

Professional and friendly service. They have great mechanics and never charge for the work you don’t need. They actually repair cars. I saved a lot of cash thanks to them. Honest and trustworthy people! I come from outside of Surrey and don’t mind waiting around knowing that my car is in the right hands.

Once again, excellent service from MOT Bros. Very prompt & polite service from Keith. Unfortunately my car has to go to a specialist dealer for the works to be completed as the problem is worse than I'd hoped!
