Fantastic Service
I contacted Mortgageit as my previously very attractive and long running deal was increasing on a monthly basis as the interest rates rose. Kevin responded quickly to my online enquiry and guided us through the entire process. His communications, every step of the way, were great with a mix of calls, Zoom meetings and emails accommodating our 24/7 shift patterns. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and found us a deal we were very happy with. Kevin made the whole process painless and even renegotiated a better rate 2 days before we completed when the mortgage interest rate deals reduced (thanks again Kevin!). I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough and I'll certainly be back when this new deal runs out.

Excellent service
We didn't think we were in a position to remortgage and borrow more after our previous lender rejected us at application. Thanks to Mortgage It, we got the great deal we were looking for elsewhere. Can't thank Kevin enough for his hard work and fantastic communication throughout.

As a first time buyer so wasn't sure how to go about it. Mortgage IT was amazing. We're really happy about the way Kevin explained everything and how he made the process so easy. Highly recommended and brilliant way to get the cheapest monthly payments!

Fantastic service
In a very challenging financial climate Kevin was so very helpful in securing a fixed mortgage rate for us. He kept in regular contact and took time to explain all aspects of various deals available which was greatly appreciated. Would not hesitate to use Kevin in the future for our next mortgage deal.

New mortgage deal
I contacted Kevin at Mortgageit as my fixed rate was coming to an end and i was looking for expert advice as to which product to choose,Kevin explained everything clearly and advised me which product would be best.Very impressed with the service provided and how quickly Kevin got me on to a new deal.Very professional and nothing was too much hassle...Would definitely reccomend to others.

Bought our first house together last…
Bought our first house together last month and I was pinching myself as to how easy it all seemed to get the mortgage done and dusted. Kevin was great and kept us informed every step of the way and kept us calm about everything even when the housebuilder delayed and delayed!
