Louise from the start was so informative helping us along each step, she was very professional whilst maintaining some level of personalisation with our case. My mortgage advisor Megan has been very helpful and guided me step by step on my first time buy she’s easy to get in contact with and always explained things well and very quick and efficient.

Helen was brilliant at informing and congratulating my partner and I that we had received an offer letter from our bank of choice for our mortgage, both via phone call and email, which was truly fantastic news for us both. Kelly was also very helpful when communicating with our bank of choice regarding admin. Mark has been instrumental for us in guiding us through this process.

We were pretty clueless in the process of mortgages but Holly our mortgage advisor was always on hand to answer any our questions, extremely helpful and communication was always clear and with very little delays, we also had the pleasure of help from Kelly who was just as helpful, they both made a very stressful situation seem seamless.
