I am a long-term supporter of Matt Morsia, having followed his journey since his days as a PE teacher. It is incredibly disappointing to find that his business, Morsia Ltd, operates with such a cut-throat approach to customer service.

The marketing for the 60-day challenge is fundamentally misleading. In the YouTube promotional video (Timestamp 00:03:04), Matt explicitly states, "Tim's exact plan is now live in the app". In that video, the workouts are presented as 45-60 minute sessions. However, once you pay and access the app, the "exact" plan consists of workouts that are 80 to 100 minutes long.

When I contacted support within 10 minutes of signing up to point out this discrepancy, I was met with a rigid refusal to refund. Their "solution" was for me to find the "Limited on Time" section, but those workouts are 30 minutes long. This means the 45-minute "exact" plan advertised in the video simply does not exist.

As a 40-year-old with a busy schedule, I relied on the advertised 45-minute duration. To be told that a "digital download" (even if only accessed for minutes) waives all rights to a refund for a misdescribed product is a poor way to treat a decade-long fan.

If you have a busy life and expect the product to match the marketing, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Thanks Matt, enjoy my money, you've lost a subscriber today!

I’ve followed Matt Morsia from the beginning. I was really impressed when he brought out an app with 50% off for trialling for the year.
I like the app but in all honesty the plans are pretty generic and theres cheaper or free out there that do the same.
Fast forward a year and I notice £99.99 suddenly taken from my account. When I look into it, it was Morsia. I immediately contacted the support to be bluntly told. They don’t send out reminders and to read their terms and conditions.
This is basically in breach of The Digital Markets Competition and Consumer Act gained Royal Assent in May 2024.
Which states

- receive reminders about their ongoing subscriptions

- have a 14-day period to cancel after a trial or long-term subscription auto-renews.

The details of the subscription renewing can be seen on the same page where you choose your subscription while signing up. It is also available in our terms and conditions and in our FAQ. Whilst we do not send reminders for the renewal the information is readily available regarding the correct way to cancel the subscription as renewals are non refundable.

So Matt Morsia you are breaking the law!!!
