This company is a joke
They tell you that you can apply for another top up and when you ask your agent you can't get ahold of her and when you do eventually get her she's either walking her dog at meetings with her mum or she's taking her daughter to the garage over a week ago I asked had to contact her again and told her to forget she said it's the company's fault my opinion I don't think she's up for the job !!!!!!!! She's always got excuses plans ruined now

Absolutely outrages, soft search made to begin with, can’t find anywhere that it says an hard search will be made, I’m trying to rebuild my credit history not have it destroyed even more by companies like this who don’t even respond or inform me what is actually happening about my loan, applied heard nothing more apart from notifications telling me they have done hard searches on my credit report.

Don't ask for a loan to pay an unexpected bill. Doesn't meet criteria. Should have lied to them and said I wanted to buy new carpets. Three loans no missed payments and refused a loan for criteria they make up randomly.

Two unwarranted hard searches
I have checked offers with another company who promised a soft search. I’ve never took it any further, however, now I have TWO hard searches from Morses Club without any final offer, just “invitation” to give more details over the phone. Thanks for messing up my credit score further.

I would give 0 stars if I was able to.What an absolute joke!!Applied for a loan yesterday morning.They got back to me just before 6 pm with a list of things they wanted screen shotting.Bear in mind this application was for the vast amount of £200,Attempted to call them all day,left a message and finally a phone call.Everything you sent yesterday evening is no use.Please send blah,blah,etc,etc..Took them 24 hours to tell me this...If you value you`re time then avoid at all costs.
I have just found a Company to lend me the the above amount.It took 55 minutes for me to apply and the money hitting my account!!

I have been a customer with Morses for 14 years never missed a payment paid of loan 13 few weeks ago paying off my last loan currently never had a problem getting a further loan but now all of a sudden there is nothing available for me for any future lending ltold to keep trying to every week fed excuses saying they are still supporting existing customers which is not true my credit score is same as always is when been approved for further lending now get messages to say payment due day before never needed a reminder Morses as always pay being honest wouldn’t go a miss and just say that I won’t get another loan not just nothing available this week keep trying being a good customer and paying on time every payment means nothing to this company now scheme of arrangement has been announced nothing against any of my agents I have had as all were lovely x

Scammers Beware
Scammers. Be careful with those guys. Asked all of my details and credentials, and when I provided all, they told that they cant help because they not able to funding with Starling bank. This is a simple liar, OR they just want my details.
Also a member of agent is not responding to my calling, so I think it is a simple fake scammer company, and careful with these positive feedback, probably all of them is fake.

It’s now Monday my loan was Apparantly paid into my bank on Wednesday and it’s now Monday and I have a loan in my name but haven’t received my funds still . And no one is helping me absolutely shocking 2 days of work missed trying to sort this out

Lol I am trying to improve my credit and doing quite well . I am not desperate. I did apply. Purley for credit building purposes. I received a email saying that I would get a reply back within 48 hours, then another email saying if you do not hear from us in three working days contact us. I noticed three hard searches on my account in two days so I called them ..The guy on the phone asked me four times for my name . Twice for my postcode and about 7 times said he can't find my application or details and what day did I apply . Lol. I explained to him that they had no problems finding my details and applications to do the hard searches in two days and put down the phone . Thankgod I never took anything with these people. I was only going to do it as a credit builder. A method to my madness . Thank the lord. Do. Not apply honestly unless you are really silly and desperate.
Disappointed
After applying I received a telephone call from an agent who stated I could have double the amount. We went through my details and then I was told that I would not get a loan. I was disappointed to say the least, shame giving false hope to someone.

I was turned down by Morse's club when I was on 300 more a month than I was when I had a lone with them they said I was not on enough money when I was on a lot more money than when I was approved for a lone if what they said is true i was miss sold lones in the past im taking them to court for that I want all the interest iv paid back I never missed a payment and always paid on time even the agent said I was a good customer for paying with some lones I paid off early they treat good customer like dirt I would rather struggle than contact them ever again they don't know how to thank good customers they treat loyal good customers like dirt I will be glad when Morse's club go out of business just like the other door step lone companies have in Britain over the past year they charge the earth in interest to pay lawyers to try to keep them in business they will close down like all the others have upto now the British government are closing them all down

Been with this company for years.Missed 1 payment when the energy company emptied my bank account after Christmas.Paid off my last loan early only to find a message on the portal saying I had a bad credit reference.Phoned twice,staff were lovely but couldn't do anything apart from send an e mail to head office.

Thank god I'm nearly done .never again shocking company .safe to say I will not be renewing. I just managed for christmas without was never a problem other years this christmas gone they wouldn't only a little left normally renew then take that off so it's never much less. New agent is shocking the company as a whole changes there minds more than they prob have hot dinners.
Two more payments well one and a small one and I'm free of them forever I'd rather struggle and I have always been a really good payer as well .

This was the first time I had contacted Morses Club. Helpful, polite and explained things in detail. I can't believe some of the nasty comments from people when I found the agents so helpful and 'human' they understand that sometimes you hit on a hard time, this loan was to pay for ongoing treatment for my horse glad to say she's on the mend now.
