I asked them to delete my credit card # on their site, and they did, right away. I just wish that I could delete it myself.

I appreciated the quick response and helpful information I received from Caitlin at Morningsave.

I had a defective product and contacted customer service. Jessica was quick to respond and helped resolve my issue. She was knowledgeable and helped problem solve. Love purchasing on MorningSave..so many good deals on things I use!

I ordered 2 wireless phone chargers. One of them worked for a day only and the other one I shipped to my girlfriend who lives in another state. I emailed Morning Save and told them what happened. They immediately sent me 2 new chargers no questions asked. That was so kind and professional of them. I advise you to order from Morning Save the customer care team is AWESOME!!

Shipping stopped midway. Supposed to be here 10 days ago. No information. No response to two complaints.
It seems to be a repeat problem. The item has stopped in a shipper handoff to USPS. MorningSave should have been communicating with me the buyer on delay of shipping. Very unresponsive. Trust is zero.
Too good to be true when product is that cheap. Should know better. Want to get my money back

My experience with Caitlin was above and beyond. She was very patient and courteous. Her responses were very precise and helpful. Customer service was quick to respond. My problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

Don't do it! I ordered a portable charger and within a few hours realized how overpriced it was to ship it. I immediately tried to cancel it. They responded it was too late, it was already processed. It was NOT. It was "shipped" 3 days later. I received a notice that it was delivered 2 days ago...I did not receive it at all...NO RESPONSE when asking for replacement or refund

Caitlin came through for me once again on I item that was defective! I tried everything to make them work, thought I was losing my mind but after texting with Caitlin I discovered it wasn't me after all!! Whew
She is amazing and a great asset to your company!! Thank you!

Great and fast customer service. Had a problem with my order and Jessica sid a great job of fixing the problem. I highly recommend using morning save their prices are excellent.

One item was missing from my order, so I contacted the company. Jessica immediately took care of the problem and sent out the replacement. She's a great example of how customer service should be!

Ordered a product , said could add on in one hour if ordering more. Called my daughter to ask if she wanted, she was in a meeting and called back as quickly as she could. It was 85 minutes later, not 60 even tho I tried! But they charged me the additional 9.99 shipping same product to same address , I asked for consideration for 25 minutes and the effort but nope . Plus quite rude
