This company needs to be prosecuted for the way they are robbing the public. They caught me for the £9.95 then 2 payments of £59.95. Facebook also hide and don’t want to get involved just a BOT that doesn’t answer a direct question. Just how much money have they ripped off people who think they are dealing with a honest company. Facebook should have done due diligence on any company advertising on the Facebook Meta site especially as they are taking money on line from meta users. I believe Meta are as bad as Morenutra. Totally disgusted and will never use online purchases like this again.

Total Scam
If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered from this company via Facebook ( I should have known better) offering free samples for health supplements and only had to pay £9.95 for delivery. I received a email stating I could return the product if not happy within 12 days of ordering, which took 5 days to arrive otherwise I'd be charged £49.95 for the supplements. How can you possibly know if a product is going to work in 7 days ? I did not expect this to be a on going payment of £49.95 per month, as this was never mentioned when ordering.I've tried contacting them countless times and tried to cancel the payment, but payments have gone through twice. In the end I've had to cancel my credit card so no further payments can be made. Do not fall for this scam, as there's no way of cancelling the payments if you pay by credit card.

Fraudulent website through Facebook
Fraudulent website through Facebook. Offers Free sample but charges £9.90 for packaging. Then 12 days later, the trial free period ends and a £49.99 is taken from the account automatically towards the cost of the medication. Also put on monthly subscription against your agreement. Tried to cancel the whole request at the start but unfortunately the site does not allow this. So I shut it down but the payment went through and the rest was automatic.
Please don’t fall for this. I’m sure something is not legal here. Hope Facebook or Trading Standards look into this asap.

Offer for trial Diabetes Tablets…Scammer
Offer for trial Diabetes Tablets £9.99p. Received then bam the first scam charged a further 59.95. I had carefully checked out no mention of a further charge or any automatic subscription. The blurb stated one bottle enough to cure diabetes. Paid for first bottle.
Yesterday advised by email I was on a subscription and the next delivery en- route. Rang Morenutra and was told delivery was on the way could not cancel.
I immediately rang the bank and they are halting any payment.
Morenutra advised this is a unsolicited delivery and they should arrange collection and return, to which they state I am responsible to send it back unopened to the US supplier. Currently stalemate hoping to refuse postal delivery if I can otherwise the goods will remain awaiting Morenutra action to collect or cancel the payment.

I foolishly ordered the same tablets which stated £9.95 .I saw today my bank card charged £49.95 for a subscription which I didn’t agree to ! I rang them and was told could have a refund when I send them back unopened. However I see the amount shows up as continuous so will contact my bank and cancel my debit card today ! Total fraudulent company . Shame on Facebook !!!

Ordered 'Bloodguard' on 12th April for £9.95 - 2 payments of £9.95 were taken from my bank account (did receive one bottle). So one unauthorised payment of £9.95 - another unauthorised payment of £59.95 was made on 2nd of May. I can't believe I was so foolish as to buy something online without having first checked the reviews. Now my bank wants me to contact Pix*Morenutra.com and ask for refund but no idea how to do this!
