After a number of abortive (for one reason or another) attempts to "port" our loan Emma Billington handled the case and brought the application to a successful result within 7 days of the latest valuation taking place. We were able to call down funds via the online portal, but received no email to confirm request was received, after seven days had to call to check, once we had the phone call to confirm our details everything seems quicker with Docusign rather than post.

My experience, so far, has been very positive with fast and courteous replies to my queries. My initial lifetime mortgage went through smoothly and my request for an additional draw down has been dealt with in under 14 days - this was all done on-line or via. email and Diane Perrin has been particularly quick in responding to my questions.

Diane Perrin was vèy helpful and understood that I needed completion ASAP due the my age and health circumstances. She explained things to me. The only complaint which is not down to yourselves is the interest rate but that's due to circumstances beyond control. Thsnkyou

I was trying to complete a Docusign form for More2life and after trying for several days with absolutely no success ( I have to admit, at 76 I am not that competent with IT ) so I used that old fashion tool, the telephone, and was pleasantly greeted by the most charming voice of Asif Ehsan, who, once realising he was not going to be able to talk me through the Docusighn successfully, he suggested to post me the documents, sign, and post back!! Hallelujah, it was as if a ton weight had been lifted from my shoulders!! Thank you Asif, thank you!!!

All staff that I spoke to were very polite and helpfull making the additional drawdown facility process we have in place, easy to implement.
Tracy Curzon of the customer service team was particularly helpfull .
We used the docu sign system to complete the paper work, the pre document guide was helpfull.
