I rented a car from Moov Rent A Car. The first time everything was fine, but the second time was a nightmare. I returned the car on June 13, and today is August 28 — more than two and a half months later — and I still haven’t received my deposit of €1375 back. A week ago, after constant pressure, they finally wrote that they had made the transfer, but of course, no money has arrived. Meanwhile, my bank continues to charge me monthly interest on my credit card because of this blocked amount. Who will cover that?

Communication is a disaster: they never answer phone calls, and WhatsApp is pure torture — I send messages and they either ignore me or reply after weeks. This level of service is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

Alquilé un coche con Moov Rent A Car. La primera vez todo salió bien, pero la segunda fue una pesadilla. Devolví el coche el 13 de junio y hoy es 28 de agosto — más de dos meses y medio después — y todavía no he recibido el reembolso de mi depósito de 1375 €. Hace una semana, después de tanta insistencia, por fin me escribieron diciendo que habían hecho la transferencia, pero por supuesto el dinero nunca llegó. Mientras tanto, mi banco sigue cobrando intereses cada mes en mi tarjeta de crédito por esa cantidad bloqueada. ¿Quién se hará cargo de eso?

La comunicación es desastrosa: nunca contestan las llamadas telefónicas, y hablar por WhatsApp es una auténtica tortura — envío mensajes y me ignoran o responden después de semanas. Este nivel de servicio es totalmente poco profesional e inaceptable.

Avoid! Save yourself a headache and rent elsewhere.

We thought that with all the great reviews elsewhere, that this would be a great option for our Mallorca trip. Wrong.

They ran a EUR 2,750 "pre-authorization charge" on my credit card, per their contract, with the explanation that it would be reversed immediately when we returned the car in good condition. Pre-existing minor scratches and scuffs were noted on the Rental Agreement at pickup and photos were taken. So far, so good.

Upon returning the car, with no additional scratches or scuffs other than the original, we were told that everything looked good and that they would process our refund immediately. No signature needed. They would "email me the receipt". Hmmmm... OK.

Ten days later - no refund. We were told it takes 15-31 days for our bank to process a refund and that the delay was entirely due to our bank (Chase Bank). A call to chase confirmed that this was B.S. and that they process all refunds within 24-48 hours.

I contacted Moov again two days later and asked for proof that a refund had been processed. They provided a screenshot of said refund and reiterated , once again, that the delay was due to our bank, and that they hoped our funds would be returned as quickly as possible. No bueno.

At 25 days after our return, I informed them that I would be disputing the charges if the refund was not forthcoming immediately. No reply.

Upon filing a dispute over the charges with Chase Bank, and providing thorough documentation as well as before/after photos, Moov Rent-A-Car informed Chase that the full pre-authorization charge was being kept due to "damage to the vehicle", despite photos showing no such damage.

Fortunately, Chase honored the dispute and refunded the funds to me in the end, 47 days after I returned the car in Mallorca.

I don't buy the google reviews! no proper check in, feels super shady. We were waiting outside the airport for some time, a guy comes, asks us to buy the fuel in advance in almost twice the price, and to pay a deposit of almost 3000 euros (not a credit card save, but an actual money transfer..). I explained that I don't have this kind of money on my account even, and had to pay additional fee. Later we could not leave because there was some problem with our car who may have been double booked, so that was quite a scare. Return?? send a snapshot of where you parked and leave the key in the car.. :) -- All in all, I go with a known brand (read: established) next time.

We had an excellent experience with Moov Rent a Car! The car (a Mazda 2 with around 40,000 km) was delivered directly to the airport terminal at 1 AM – smooth and right on time. While the car had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, it was in great condition overall and perfect for getting around the island with our family of three.

The return process was also very easy. We received clear instructions 24 hours in advance, and everything went exactly as explained.

Overall, a smooth, hassle-free rental experience. Highly recommended!

1h vor dem Flug abgesagt für einen Van mit 5 Personen. Mit einem Ersatz oder irgendwelchen Gegenvorschlägen kamen sie nicht entgegen. Viel Spaß einen 5-Sitzer kurz vor Abflug zu buchen - Fällt nicht gerade günstig aus.

Desde el primer contacto hasta la devolución del coche, todo fue perfecto. El trato fue muy amable y profesional, el coche estaba en excelentes condiciones y todo el proceso fue rápido y sin complicaciones. Se nota que se preocupan por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. Sin duda volveré a alquilar con ellos la próxima vez que visite Mallorca. ¡100% recomendable!

Buena Experiencia, recogida y devolución muy fluida. Alquile un Renault Clio y me facilitaron un coche mejor, en concreto un 2008 automático de los nuevos. Tanto la entrega como la devolución fue en el mismo aeropuerto y sin ningún tipo de problema. Incluyeron la silla de mi niño de forma gratuita y me dieron todas las facilidades del mundo si necesitaba cualquier cosa.

Un mois que nous avons rendu la voiture et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée de la caution de 1300€, c'est inadmissible... Etant étudiants cela est vraiment vraiment dérangeant pour nous.

Comparto nuestra experiencia con esta compañía.
Llegamos al aeropuerto y nos estaban esperando. Para nuestra sorpresa, tuvimos que montar nosotros la sillita del bebé.
Desde que firmamos el contrato hasta que salimos del parking, pasaron exactamente 7 minutos. Pues resulta que tuvimos que pagar más de 3€ en la barrera
Al explicar la situación a la empresa, todavía me hicieron sentir que había sido culpa nuestra al tardar demasiado. 7 minutos y porque tuvimos que montar nosotros la silla!!!
Finalmente, parece que les entró la vergüenza y nos devolvieron el importe.

Finalmente, como guinda, el día de la devolución no pudimos llenar el depósito por las graves tormentas que había en la isla.
Pues nos encontramos con un cargo de casi 70€ por medio depósito!!!
Como Redpack que teníamos contratado, ese procedimiento de cargo no está detallado en ningún sitio del contrato.
Nadie nos estaba esperando por lo que no pudimos explicar cara a cara la situación a ningún empleado.

Mucha atención con esta compañía porque claramente las mayoría de las opiniones deben de ser fake.

Used them at Palma airport. I've detailed my whole (very good) experience on Google Maps, but from my experience they are a highly trustworthy, deliver what you expect and there's no upselling.
