WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I shared a detailed list with photos of items to be moved and wrapped, only three items out of the entire list were wrapped - but they assured me that they know what they are doing. The furniture arrived in a filthy condition, sofa's were torn, lamps ripped apart in front of me, brand new mattress has water damage. Moover.Ro has offered 200 Euros for the damages. Their team do not know how to communicate because they don't even speak the same language. This has caused so much distress and trauma, I don't know how these people can call themselves professional.

Moover don't move
The booking of relocation services went very well. Details of tasks (details of items, items to be wrapped, transit time etc.) was aligned and agreed with Moover.
I made the down-payment, notified my landlady of the relocation date and booked the tickets to home.
On the moving date 2 trucks arrived (not from Moover but some local company they had contracted).
They had not been briefed of the tasks and initially declined the job.
I gave Moover 5 minutes to come up with a solution. After 10 minutes I had not heard anything from them. I cancelled the agreement and made other arrangement due to the time constraints. Thereafter Moover responded that they had another solution on hand (which I doubt!) but too late. Needless to say, that Moover decline any wrong doing and the refund of down payment.
Moover is totally unreliable and I can only warn others of using them.

Hello, Thank you for the review. You have received a solution directly on the phone but you decided to go ahead with the team already in place provided by us. So you did not made any extra arrangements....you just continued the work with that team because you lied on your job. You informed us that is a 30-40 metters carrying of items...when i fact it was over 100 metters...nobody was briefed a 100m carrying was to be done....because we would have made other arrangements and quoted differently based on the real informations...
This company is completely unreliable
This company is completely unreliable. They abandoned me after I signed a contract two months before my move. There was zero communication, so I had to find another company urgently. Don't hire this company; they are incompetent.

Hello, Thank you for the review. You have been in contact with your agent everyday. Our agent informed you that there was some new legislations that was making international transport very hard implemented overnight and the costs are now 2-3 times bigger , and as per the contract we could have canceled your job anytime due to this matter that was not in our control. We also tried to help you within your budget ,taking a considerable loss, but it the end we canceled due to lack of vehicles available, and offered you a full refund within 10 minutes after.
The company was listening to my need…
The company paid attention to my needs and help me accordingly. I was moving internationaly with my work, they gaved me clear instructions and tips on how to pack my items to reduce the volume and the costs. I will use them for sure.
