Fast and easy. Less than an hour after I filled out the in line questioner, I had an aproval email with my letter attached that I printed out. I had copies delivered in the mail 5 days later.

Great easy to work with. Just found it odd that when I paid to renew 12 months they tried to short me one month, so I brought to their attention and they fixed.

Very fast in processing and in delivery of the product. I do wish the vest/harness wasn’t so rigid. I was hoping for something much lighter and easier to adjust.

Well I had lots of issues then I rescue the most awesome dog, after he started to be with me he really took me under his care. Snappy now is allowed to go with me. The test was very detailed the questions were pertect , I got what I needed to have my therapy dog with me. I answer all the questions, was on meds for a while but those were very hard on me, had to wean of them slowly. Then cold turkey, my dog replace those meds, now I’m happy and happier that Divan Medical saw I needed him. I recommended this to friends. We all have suffer trauma, some of us earlier in life and this you spend part of your adulthood trying to overcome. A therapy dog is always focused on you. This dog is like I don’t ask he knows my feelings and always try t be there close to me giving me his support. I been in hospitals many times all broken inside and since I had him not a single episode, But for now his attention to me has let me live a better life. He I was injured by some one, they poke him with rebar on of his hip leg lifters nerve was damaged, i m a pet groomer my trade, well he was in bad shape mid summer starving for food and water, I took 50 ticks of his ear canal, he got a good bath and food and water and I care for all his wounds. He has repay me by rescuing me from what I went through, he has no other way to be but with me the love for each other makes the two of us very happy.

Response and shipping was great, but the product, not so much. The card is flimsy and looks like it was printed from a home printer. Certificate is not anything more than a word document with a header. Harness fits my dog oddly. Above all that, everything says MOOSH on it. It’s tacky. Not anywhere near worth the price I paid; wouldn’t buy again.
