Divan Medical Anmeldelser

I had the WORST experience with my landlord, he wanted a handwritten letter, an address, phone number, AND to speak to my assigned therapist..Not only did they provide all of that but they also talked to my landlord themselves! Absolutely amazing customer service!!!

Divan and their doctors are so wonderful! They did my letter and my card for my dog for ESA reasons and I got it within two days and another in the mail within the week with a card for my dog. There was a typo that I brought to their attention and they fixed it asap! Top notch!

Divan Medical did an outstanding job producting the medical documents I needed. I had the requested documents within 3 business days.

They are beautiful. Like goodness they have been so helpful. They are not a scam and provide so much for you.

Easy to navigate applications and overall good experience. Thank you

Frank and Dr.WIlcox were fantastic! The process couldn't be any more perfect.
Timing was fabulous on all regards.

Thanks,

Very prompt and official services. I needed extra paperwork and they provided it with ease. They are hard to reach over the phone but if you leave a voicemail or email they will respond. So thankful for this service!

After a few phone calls and They did contact me back. Found issues with wrong email was used in my correspondence, between the Doctor and their web support. Hopefully all would be updated, they did get me the info in the time they said it would take. I appreciate that they took on my case as I am a basket case.

Quick and easy process. As to whether it is fully authentic I'm not sure. I don't know if my apartment complex even called to verify the letter. But nonetheless, it allows her to be in the apartment with us.

Great experience! It was quick, asked appropriate questions and thorough.

Good experience

Well I paid for a service to get a handicap placard for parking and the whole idea of using your service was shot in the but because it is ending up taking more time and effort than if I had to just do it like any other person I sat at the dmv for an hour and 30 min just to find that you guys absentmindedly forgot to fill out the whole medical providers information section which to me is the whole purpose I was paying you for the service and after 2 phone calls and 1 email still the issue isn’t resolved!

Fantastic Service! Truly profesional one-stop shop that will serve your needs accurately and in a timely manner. Will certainly use again.

Professional attitude and prompt service.

I reached out to them about the material I never heard back... I am not comfortable with the purchase...

They helped me right away to get the paper work I needed!
