The purchase went perfectly, payment had to be made with a VISA card. PayPal payment did not go through.

These guys have become my 'go-to' suppliers for Ham radio supplies as their customer service is now outstandingly good which combined with the excellent range of goodies and great pricing together with lightning fast despatch - they are now IMHO the best.

Parcel received about 26 hours after ordering, purchased the M&P Scissors, I’ve seen these in use on the M&P YouTube channels, stripping coax (in my case Ultraflex 7)for there “Evolution Connectors” so after a long debate I ordered myself some to try out.
Blimey, there very sharp, cut through coax like butter, although it took me a couple of tries stripping the outer jacket without stripping the braid, but in all a great product and easy to use once you get the cutting pressure correct, saves cut fingers/ hands when using a“Stan the knife” !!
I highly recommend this product

Once again very helpful staff, answered my questions very quickly and my order arrived next day. Unfortunately it wasn't as I thought and there was no hesitation about arranging a return. I always check their well laid out web site first before others if I require anything.

Moonraker messed up the shipment to Germany completely by not keeping up to their offer to
ship without additional customs fees and VAT by
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) procedure ).
now the shipment is stuck at UPS customs department in Germany and mostlikely will be returned to UK because i am not willing to deal with UPS and accept
additional payments.
i contacted Moonraker sales to set this right but they
had been unable to perform and fix their blunder. a very unnerving and disapointing experience !

Had what I had been wanting for a few years, but didn't know it was available. Found out via newsletter e-mail. Placed an order online, which arrived within a few days. Product was just as expected and hoped for.

The company moonraker dispatched next day .couldnt fault them …unfortunately DHL the courier that was used took 9 days to deliver the package which was a next day delivery …they didn’t deliver to my house …stopping 6 stops away …I asked for delivery to local pick up shop …they claimed it was closed …even though it was open when I checked ……after 9 days they eventually delivered it to my designated pick up shop …..apparently it was no longer closed

I would like to update my review …..Moonraker were helpful throughout the saga ..hence the 5 stars …….and was contacted by the owner to apologise for the delay …..in the end the 2m pre amp turned up ok …so no harm done …I’ve been a customer of moonraker for many years and will continue to use them

Item was double boxed and arrived in perfect condition. Very nice high quality power supply for any radio shack. Courier delivered on time and everything was good.

Shout out to Uday and Alex. After a very amateur-ish attempt to program my new Luna (my local repeater wasn't pre-programmed - the rest of the UK looked like it was!) I completely messed things up. I took the radio on a Monday afternoon, and they reset the whole setup. Absolutely awesome service. Alex also personally gave a few nuggets of guidance on the programming software, which made things a lot easier going forward.
