- We promise seven days’ freshness or a free replacement with every bouquet.
- Select your date or get next day delivery when you order by 9pm Monday-Friday. Plus, get SMS tracking and a 2 hour delivery window.
- Our flowers arrive in bud and will come into bloom within a day or two. This means fresher flowers for longer – yay!
- Each bouquet is hand-tied by our expert florists.
- Bouquets come in our signature Nourishing Wrap to keep them happy and hydrated while travelling
Please Note:
- In the rare event that any flowers become unavailable or are not quite up to standard, we’ll replace them with flowers of similar or superior style, quality and value.
- The vase is not included.

Arrived a day late. DPD put on the app that they attempted delivery , but my parents were in the house and no one knocked or tried to deliver. They took it back to the depot and delivered the next day. There was nothing to try keep the flowers fresh so they looked wilted and tired... So disappointed with that one.

Very expensive for a pretty small bunch of tulips. Delivery was perfect and card was good but the flowers were very expensive for what it was.

The tulips arrived in bud meaning they had yet to bloom which is ideal as they last longer. When blooming the colours were vivid and beautiful, my mother loved them!

I am not happy with the 2 bunches of flowers ive getting from yourselves has they did not open up and also died within a couple of days, what will happen about this has my mam and my partner are both not happy with there flowers they got from you off me

I was so disheartened when I saw what had been delivered, will definitely not use flower service as my kids got me a bunch from a local supermarket and were so much bigger and cheaper.

Awful flowers, no picture as thrown them, cards here ade great, flowers not great at all I will be getting these from a independent florist from now on.

Very overpriced for the quality, they were crushed and the leaves dying. Ive ordered from other glower delivery companies and ive not had this problem. The bottom of the flowers were not protected or wrapped in a protective wet cloth and wrapped in plastic.

Again the same as last year. The Mother’s Day flowers v and card arrived a day late, on Monday. The tulips had also wilted probably due to the delay again as per last year. Arriving after 4pm the day after I’d arranged. I’d even paid for a Sunday delivery. Because of this. I won’t use you again.
