There were problems with a voucher code during purchase. I contacted chat support and also email support. They were not the best experiences I’ve ever had.

Disappointed because although the tracking said the card had been delivered, it has still not arrived, three days late.

The card was lovely, I can’t fault it and my son was happy. Delivery was late however so the card missed his birthday. If I’d thought that was likely I probably wouldn’t have ordered it
