It didn’t arrive so poor ratings. Did contact them and another one to be sent, good service at this point - if it arrives!

Lovely card, being able to add the video made it extra special.

The product was great quality. I've ordered from Moonpig before and I've always been pleased with my purchases.

Lovely card. Ordered it off my grandchildren for their mummy and daddy's wedding anniversary. Really pleased with it.

Great service, great card & received it so quickly, the card could be just a little stronger

I ordered this product on 9th July to send to my husband for our anniversary. It said delivery from 13th July. On the 12th I got notification that it was on its way (yay!) It’s now the 17th and my husband has still not received it and our anniversary has come and gone. I can’t really give a review on the product as I haven’t seen it yet. I must say I am rather disappointed 😔

It was smaller than I thought should've gotten the large size so a bit disappointed

Would have been nice if it actually arrived!!!

I've given this rating because I love buying my family cards from moonpig however I do think th price on these cards are quite steap and shipping costs should be included in the 3. 99 card not separate thanks wish

Unfortunately this card was fine but inside it was a condolences card…which made a happy moment a bit sad! Also wasn’t sure whether this card is a duplicated error or had just failed to be sent to correct destination. I have tried to call customer services and wasn’t able to get through to report this!! Not really very impressed
