If I could give 0 stars I would because thats what the product deserves!!! I ordered their stroller, also had problems with the order, as it came like a month after they said it will and it was damaged. I have been promised to get a complementary bag, which never arrived. But this is the 2nd(!!!) month im using it and the quality is extremely poor! The wheels are out of hand, they go where they want to, doesnt matter how i push them. Dont buy it, doesnt worth a penny!!!!

Hi Edina, we have now sent you several emails trying to fix the wheel issue you are mentioning here even offering additional compensation to which you haven't replied. Our Strollers' quality is way unmatched for its price level and we certainly do not agree with your affirmations.
It is true tough that the shipping process sometimes can damage certain parts, happens to every seller of bulky items, which is why we always offer free replacements, additional gifts, and refunds. We would really appreciate it if you could reply to our last emails so we can make it up to you.

Another no product or money with 8 week wait!
Well, I wish I had read these reviews prior to investing my time and effort into buying from a independent company. Ordered over 7 weeks ago, no product, requests to wait, shipping notice from yun express, product stuck since 5/23/20 in CA(which is where I live!) and emails asking me to wait and not write a negative review. Sorry, but other consumers need to know this is NOT S RELIABLE COMPANY. Do not waste your time. I have no product or money.

Our policy states that any order not delivered after 45 days will be refunded.
Your order had not reached that date and it was still refunded in full by me personally after our chat via email.

The money has been correctly refunded and you have received the slouch jumpsuit. I hope you realized that we do care about you, about our customers and about the inconvenience we may have caused. If we commit mistakes we do our very best to fix them.

I absolutely LOVE the romper!!! It fits my granddaughter perfectly and she looks as precious in it as I thought she would! Seriously! And everywhere we go people rant and rave over it! I did read a couple of reviews first so I bought one size up and that was perfect, so it's extra roomy and comfy! Also, the owners actually reached out to me to make sure I was completely satisfied, which was super thoughtful and rare! I love these people, their clothes, and will be a customer for years to come! Thanks Moonbun! You're AWESOME!!

Highly recommend this company! I ordered 3 rompers for my niece, all in size 3T and when I received them I noticed the different sizes between them. I happened to get a follow up email from them asking about my purchase and when I told them the issue Sara got back to me immediately and sent me another romper in the correct size. To say that this business is dedicated to their customers, is in my opinion an understatement! The prompt replies and swift actions really spoke volumes about how much their customers mean to them! I will defiantly be ordering from them again :)

My order never made it!
I appreciate the response, but at the end of the day I never received the order it was never returned from the residence it just never made it, the correct shipping address was given! And yes I asked for my refund because I gave up on a delivery that never made it for over a month. To that note I was informed 3 day later that supposedly it was returned, again another email I’m sorry I don't know what went wrong! If I was to post the picture of the tracking that was sent to me, many would agree that it doesn’t make any sense. Do not email me again asking me to remove my review!

Yes the shipping took a bit, but in current situations i completely understand. Once they arrived, i absolutely loved them. My daughter is 3 and i got her the tie around the neck jumper in 3 colors. They are adorable,lightweight, and most importantly extremely easy for her to use the potty by herself with. She can either slide it over her head or untie it herself super quick. I adore them! And so does she!

Loved the romper, orange color soft not harsh and fabric really nice. Ordered another one in pink and the collared dress also in blue. First package took a little longer since it was not received in US and sent back to China But ....did receive an email explaining what was going on and really appreciated it. 2 weeks later the package arrived with the cute halter romper. Sizing a little small but looks great on her. Thank you very much -I never take the time to do surveys or reviews but liked the product and customer service so much wanted to let you know!
