Monty&Ridge - the gift of adventure! Inspired by the outdoors, we make hampers for everyone, from wine and champagne, and chocolate and coffee, to cycling and swimming, and mindfulness and self care. Excellent service!
I ordered a ‘hug in a box’ for a friend and she was thrilled with it. It arrived in good time. I also forgot to write the note when I placed the order and emailed Gemma, she came back to me quickly despite it being around 10pm and added it to the order for me. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again.

First rate customer service
First rate customer service, response almost immediate even though message was sent in the night. My gift recipient loved the gift and it really cheered them and their family up as they were suffering from COVID, the man of the family bagged the eye masks, so seems to make a great gift for anyone. I would definitely use again - the prices were possibly a little more than other sites doing the same type of thing, but this is a small and independent business which I think deserved support. Plus the quality could be very different. I would order again, hopefully for myself this time! I paid extra for quicker postage, and it was super quick and maybe not necessary.

Quick delivery

Lovely gift
Lovely little ‘thinking of you’ type present which was perfect for a letter box delivery. Lovely products (I’ve been told as it wasn’t for me!) and delivery as expected. Would use again!

Excellent personalised service. Lovely gifts which came beautifully packaged with a hand written note for that personal touch. We ordered the vegan letterbox for our team and they absolutely loved them. Thank you!

My only concern is the length of time it took before I received my items. Compared to other companies this side of their business needs reviewing.

Hi, we're so glad you love your items, George, and that the only thing not satisfactory was the delivery time! Thank you so much for your feedback. We make it really clear on the website the lead time for our items, and currently we are exceeding these by at least 24 hours in every case. The length of time it then takes to arrive with you is dependent on the delivery option you chose. We offer an economy delivery in order to give customers the choice of a cheaper option (which takes longer), and customers can also choose to upgrade if necessary and they need their items more urgently. Obviously, if items don't turn up, we will do everything in our power to help, albeit allowing for a specified window of 'benefit of the doubt' where untracked delivery has been selected by the customer and we therefore do not know where the parcel is.
Had you got in touch with us about a lost or delayed parcel at the time, we would have done everything we could to help you. Best wishes,

We do ask all customers to reach out to us where they are unhappy so we have a chance to resolve it for you - unfortunately you did not do this as we would have loved the chance to try and help.
The parcel that was sent included the exact contents that were in the image and description of the item you chose.
Further to this, you did not write a note to be included, and therefore we did not include one. We would, of course, have written this out for you and been very pleased to do so, had you written one.

Amazing Birthday Pamper Hamper
I ordered a pamper set for our Daughters Birthday it wasn't untill after I sent the order I realized it would not get to Our Daughter in time. I emailed customer support and explained my mistake Gemma was amazing and sorted out the correct delivery for me. Gift arrived in time and was absolutely amazing, such beautiful items and packed so well, truly Gemma went the extra mile for me so Our Daughter had Her Wonderful Birthday Paper Gift on time.
