The Monterey Company, Inc. Anmeldelser

Great to work with. The customer representative was willing to adjust with us as we adjusted our goals on patches. Very easy to work with and patient. I highly recommend this company if customer service is high on your priority as a customer.

From beginning to end this was a great experience. Josh took away any worries I had and was patient with my questions, accommodating with my requests and informative about the process. I highly recommend this company.

Shipping was great. Got here a day earlier than quoted.

Product was exactly what I was looking for. I can't say anything bad about them. They're perfect. Can't wait to make another order.

Great quality and all of my clients loved their keychains! Wonderful company to work with and did any changes perfectly as requested. The only thing I wish was easier to read was the engraving on back. Maybe I’ll just do print on back text instead next time as the engraving wasn’t easily legible thanks guys!

Amy is a wonderful account representative. She makes it happen for the customer. I am very pleased with her performance. Now it is up to the production staff.

You guys did good and got me the pins and coins that I ordered.

Good quality and easy to deal with.

Excellent service, quality products.

The customer service I received was great! Just the right amount of follow-ups and they had quick answers to all my questions. Our magnets arrived and looked exactly as I expected!

Great experience - the pins turned out great!

Eric Turney did a great job! He was in constant communication throughout the whole project.

you delivered what I wanted quickly and affordable.
This is the second time I have ordered from your company, both time outstanding results.

My experience with the Monterey company was wonderful. Josh Knowles was very kind, very precise, and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision for this project, that we needed completed by a pretty short timeline. We do a lot of promotions inward and outward facing with our organization. We will most definitely use the Monterey company again.

The punctual communication. Everything was just smooth and painless. Grade A company to deal with. Oh and while i had high hopes for a quality patch, they surpassed my expectations. Every detail was perfect. Can't recommend enough. Pricing was also very reasonable and definitely not out of line.

Right from the beginning the Monterey Company was a pleasure to deal with. Not only was I able to communicate through email but I was able to speak with someone by telephone. Josh Profio was a great help. Monterey also allowed us the privilege to design our ornament which was very special. We had the ornament made to celebrate the 100th anniversary of our church.
Production and delivery was very efficient. I would trust and recommend this company to anyone.

You all did what you said that you were going to do, when you said that you were going to do it and the results were excellent. We went through several versions of our ornament, but the process was always smooth and Eric was very patient.

From start to finish they were incredibly helpful, and the final product surpassed all my expectations. I am a repeat customer and will continue to order all my future designs from them.

They were very easy to work with, and we are very happy with the walking stick medallions that we purchased.

We've ordered our medals through Monterey several years in a row now. I love their customer service, quick turn around and great quality!

Great experience working with Josh at the Monterey Company! He was great in helping me select the right product and keeping me updated with the production and shipping.
