The Monterey Company, Inc. Anmeldelser

Josh was helpful from start to finish. Used my mock up and made it work for my patch. Love my custom made caps. Highly recommended.

I wasn't told that they were manufactured overseas even though I asked on several occasions. It didn't matter that it was overseas other than it was urgent. They arrived in time which was great. The quality of the front of the pin was outstanding. However, the butterfly clips and pin are terrible. There is so much platting on the pin, that the indent where the butterfly clip attaches can't lock. The butterfly clip is also a very weak metal so the clips deform easily.

On time delivery. Eric Turney was very responsive and detail-oriented. Very informative and transparent process. All while having very competitive pricing.

Understood what I wanted and delivered a product design that was perfect.

We're repeat customers, returning for more of a custom order we placed five years ago. The Monterey Company brought our idea to life, converting a makeshift image we'd creating into a fun, rubber key chain that's still a fan favorite when we're tabling at events. We loved working with Eric -- fast, friendly, reliable service. We highly recommend the company for your one-of-a-kind, set your company apart swag.

They understood how much my project meant to me. They took my vision and brought it to life beautifully!

Communication was good throughout but it took a while to hear back after a response and the estimated completion time was not accurate.

Fast service, great quality.

Super turnaround time and fantastic customer service!

Found Monterey online and glad I did. We ordered medals for a race and they came out great! We will be using them again for our next event.

Your Representative Josh Profio was very helpful, patient we were creating a new design and we were out of our element, but Josh helped us through it and helped us create a great memento for our team. The product was well made.

Did a great job converting my image into a great looking pin. Fast and courteous service.

Monterey Company made this process of getting patches for our organization possible when other companies told us they couldn't do the job with the amount of detail in our logo. They were easy to work with and produced a great, high-quality product that we will definitely be ordering more of in the future!

Working with Josh Knowles in the sales department was great! He is super gregarious and very helpful with all the product details. The design came out looking better than I anticipated and is really a quality product! I would definitely recommend Monterey!

The pins I ordered are even more beautiful than I dared hope -- at a VERY reasonable price (they beat all competing offers) and turned around by the promised delivery date. I will definitely come back next time!

Exceeded our expectations in the final product. Prices are comparative to others in PVC patches but better finished product than recieved from other vendors in the past.

Excellent Experience All 'Round!
The quality of the work, the communication, the proofs, and the timeline were all aces. Though I'm not frequently in the marker for custom pins, I will definitely be going to The Monterey Company for my next project.

Great assistance and service, good quality. Shipment tracking can be improved. Only issue: Custom duties could only be paid cash. I didn’t know in advance the day of the arrival and the amount.

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! Communication is quick. The staff isfriendly. And the final product is perfect!
