Montana Western Shop is a scam. I ordered product the first of December and as of January 20 have not received a thing. AI sends a tracking that is bogus.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SIGHT

I ordered 2 items from THE MONTANA WESTERN SHOP back in December.. I received them yesterday January 16th. they were here in the U. S. Turns out I checked the tracking.. This stuff came from SLOVENIA by Way of Greece and God knows where else. Both inferior quality and NOT anything like pictured. One supposedly a sweater didn't come close to the color on the site and defitely NOT a sweater as well as badly made. The other a sweater coat? Looked pretty on the site but actually looked like it was made of cat hair.. Anyway long story short I asked for a refund and they offered me $8 USD as goodwill gesture but would not refund they said I got what I ordered.
TOTAL SCAM.. and as a side note.. The package was sent by someone in Vernon CA. No company name, no actual return address and no phone#.
PLEASE PEOPLE CHECK REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY.. I didn't and now am out $78.

Paid 86.00 for 2 similar items, received one and the quality was horrible and the other item was something that was not ordered. When I emailed them for a return label they offered me an 8.00 credit. Are you kidding me. I will return both items and deny the charges. These people are ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. AND IT TOOK OVER 2 MONTH TO GET THE SHIPMENT

We ordered a sweatshirt on 12/3/25. Shipping was listed as $8.99. When we received an e-mail stating the order confirmation, the shipping charges were $21.98. We received it on 1/14/26. The package had a postage due of $10.64, and the return address was from an unknown name. This item came from across seas, which we did not know, until after the fact. The sweatshirt was more of a heavy long sleeved shirt, and the color was NOT what was pictured. So, we received an item that was NOT what was expected, plus ended up paying $75.61 for a $43 dollar shirt.

Husband wanted a shirt he saw on Facebook for Christmas. I thought I checked out the website as we had been burned before. The website listed USA as a location. Thought it was legit. Ordered the shirt and put in credit card info. Received a notification that they used PayPal. I emailed saying I don't want to be charged twice and thought it went well. Believe I've only been charged once, yet still waiting on the package - a month later. First the package was in Leipzeg then Ireland and now it's floating around Mesa. I haven't heard from them for several days and the "tracking" must not be independent.
**Word of Caution - delete any Facebook ads before you "fall" in love with an item. It isn't what you think.

Products being advertised as being made in and shipped from Montana are being shipped to me (in Seattle) from Ireland.

This site and company are a complete scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered a jacket in mid-November 2025 and received it on Christmas Eve. The products are a joke and are, at best, the most cheaply made, low quality Chinese junk imaginable. This "winter" jacket was paper thin, light as a feather, and the stitching was literally falling out. The site description stated "leather" - there was nothing remotely resembling leather anywhere.

The scam appears to be this: They put up images of quality clothing which are most likely AI generated. Assuming you even get your product, they then will try to make you jump through hoops when you realize you've been scammed and complain.

I asked to return the item - First they asked for pictures and offered a 5.00 refund. When I told them that was unacceptable they wanted pictures of the packing list and product SKU - I provided these and they offered 6.00. Then they wanted a picture of the shipping label.

Exasperated, I finally disputed the transaction with PayPal which finally decided in my favor and refunded my money after a lengthy investigation.

Easily one of the worst online shopping experiences ever. Do NOT give these people any money.

Finally received our order. This experience has truly been an eye- opener. That said, we're done. Hand made in Montana??? By a young couple from Missoula???

You people are human slime. The lies and mis-representation alone are simply disgusting. The lengths you went to, to mis-represent proves your disgusting intention to de-fraud people, who will all be let down, rather than excited at their purchase. This cheap Chinese Knock-off crap is an insult that only China could manufacture.

You got us this time, but I'll be sure to pass along my sentiment!!!

I ordered 2 hoodie sweat shirts from this sight. FINALLY received one of them over a month later from Italy. and was overcharged $32.00 for it! As of 1/5/026 I am still waiting for the other one the tracking states it is in transit from U.S. customs I always thought Montana was part of the U.S. ! I was also over charged $34.00 for the 2nd item that I have still yet to receive! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT! If you review it,it comes up a scam sight

This company has a business address out in no man's land in Montana and the phone number is fictitious. They charged me and never sent any products. It is international not products made in montana. Another China rip off.

Scam artist, actual product far less quality than promoted picture. Looks like quality in picture, dollar store quality when it arrives.

Probably a scam. Shipping Montana Western Wear from Italy.

We ordered a Christmas present for our granddaughter--about $50. Order placed Nov. 30. Currently Dec. 10. We have received a series of shipment updates. Here's the latest (received today):

"Your order number is xxxxxx and the product name is Women'S Casual Printed Zipper Sweatshirt.
The tracking number is: (yyyyyy--No carrier indicated, no link). We checked that your package logistics status has been updated. Now the package logistics status is: transit.
Detail status of the logistics:The shipment arrived at the customs of Austria."

Perhaps the gift will make it to the U.S. before Christmas. If it doesn't, perhaps we can get our money back. Not the sort of online experience we normally anticipate.

I placed an order for some long sleeve t-shirts, sweatshirts, a hoodie and a belt on a link from Facebook. It took 3 weeks to arrive, shipped from Ireland. I did not like the material due to an odd sheen, which I couldn't tell from the photos on their website, and the belt was 6 inches longer than the size chart indicated. I wanted to return the whole order. They required that I take photos of the shipping label and each item, which I did. They said the order was correct. I never disputed that. Then they told me I would have to ship it to China and shipping may be expensive. They wanted to offer me $15 to keep the order. I declined and they countered about 4 different times, each time increasing what they would give me to not ship it back, and each time taking 2 or 3 days to return my email. Their highest offer was $60. Each time, also, I refused and asked that they please provide the shipping address. They finally relented and gave me the address in China. It cost $81 on a $220 order, plus the time involved filling out customs forms and taking it to the post office. I count that as lesson learned, but want to pass my bad experience on so others may avoid this vendor. I noticed on their website they say their products are made in Montana. If that is the case, why do they ship from Ireland and require return to China?

SCAM ALERT!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!! I placed an order a month ago and have not received anything. I messaged asking about when I should expect to receive my order and I got a very vague response stating it has been shipped. I checked the shipping tracking on their website and it shows not found. I messaged again with no response.
