Turned 1.50 to a whopping 2000dollars and guess what ? They CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND DENIED MY PAYOUTS . I will be filing disputes with the FTC and my state attorney office . My account was verified and everything !

Terrible. Don't even think about playing at that casino. They don't pay out.

I played using only normal account functionality and did not violate any of the Sweepstakes Rules or Terms & Conditions. I did not use multiple accounts, bots, automation, unauthorized tools, or any prohibited activity. However, after allowing me to continue depositing and playing, my redemption requests were denied, my account was later closed without a clear explanation, and I was not allowed to redeem my money after playing.

A trustworthy platform does not change its standards the moment a player wins.
This casino gladly accepted real-money deposits, encouraged gameplay through promotions, and allowed normal participation on its platform. Yet when it came time to honor winnings, the response was vague accusations, denied redemptions, and closed accounts — all without transparent evidence or meaningful explanation.
I used no bots, no automation, no exploits, and no multiple accounts. Only ordinary gameplay.
What concerns me most is that this does not appear to be an isolated experience. I personally know multiple individuals who encountered similar outcomes after winning.

Like the other users stated, there is a pattern with them denying redemptions. I felt better when reading this as I thought I was crazy, so it’s good to see that I am not the only one. They are one of those casinos where any money won goes into a separate pot, and once you are out of money, you convert that pot to playable money again. I could never get that to work, so I just played through about $500 of purchases once and won my money back plus a few hundred.

They paid one of my two redemptions, but the second one, they won’t pay because of “bonus manipulation.” I seriously have/had no idea what they are talking about, and they made me feel like I did something wrong. Now I can’t get any answers from them.

I would strongly advise people not to play at this casino.

I had three pending redemptions totaling over $900. All denied with a generic "suspected abuse of bonus mechanics" explanation. All I did was play baccarat — a game they offer on their own platform with no restrictions.

After I pushed back, their support team offered me two options. I accepted the one where they'd refund my purchases. I confirmed it in writing. They never processed the refund. Instead I woke up one morning to an email saying my account was closed "due to activity inconsistent with our Terms of Use." No mention of the refund they agreed to. No explanation. Nothing.

They had no problem accepting my money. The problems only started when it was time to pay out. I'd strongly recommend staying away from this platform.

Their proposed “resolution” was either to keep the funds trapped inside the platform for further gameplay, or accept only a refund of deposits with permanent account closure.
I ultimately received my deposited funds back, but not the winnings generated through gameplay that Monster Treasure itself allowed.
From a consumer perspective, this appears to be the retroactive use of broadly worded and vaguely defined contractual clauses applied at the company’s discretion to deny legitimate redemption requests after promotional participation.

I bought the welcome offers and ended up ahead after playing. They canceled my redemption for "bonus abuse" and told me I could either keep playing or just get a refund. When asked for further clarification none was given, so I assume they just do not honor redemptions.

May 25th update: They refunded my purchases and closed my account. I still don't think that's right, but with so many sites these days straight up stealing people's money at least they didn't do that. So I've changed my rating from 1 star to 2 stars.

This is by far the worst online casino experience I have ever had, and I had never dealt with a platform like this before.

Then, when I tried to redeem my winnings, my redemption was suddenly rejected for “bonus abuse,” which makes absolutely no sense. Promotions are clearly meant to be purchased and used, so accusing players afterward feels very unfair and misleading.

They offered me a refund for my purchases and told me they would restrict my account, or alternatively I could continue using the SC only for “entertainment purposes,” which honestly makes no sense either.

I chose the refund option, but since then I have received nothing but vague and empty responses with no actual timeline for when my refund will be processed. It has already been more than 3 days and I still have not even received the confirmation email for the refund.

Overall, this experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and extremely disappointing. Players deserve transparency, fair treatment, and clear communication.

After I submitted a redemption, they placed it on hold and accused my account of possible “bonus abuse.” Instead of paying the redemption, they offered two options: return the amount to my in-game balance so I could keep playing, or refund my purchases and permanently restrict my account.

The issue is that their standard appears arbitrary. Rather than applying a clear, fixed playthrough requirement, they effectively treated the situation as if I simply needed to “play more,” even though the rules were not presented that way at the time of play.

To me, this creates a serious problem: if a player loses, the site keeps the money; if a player wins, they can refuse the redemption, cite vague promotional/bonus-abuse language, and offer only a refund instead of paying the winnings.

I would not recommend playing here if you expect redemptions to be handled consistently or transparently.

Honored my $999 redemption and kept a smoothe line of communication. If you have the proper documents they will take care of you. You must be patient but they will follow through. Thank you monster treasure.

spent damn near 300 never made it to the bonus round. complete scam. now waiting on my bank to give me a charge back. cuz ain't no damn way it takes that much or that long playing the same game to reach a bonus unless there is game manipulation happening. then the 90 crystals i was awarded from the purchases so you can spin the wheel that cost 30 crystals. all resulted in gold coins. meaning you never no chance to ever win your funds back. 100%scam

I won $200 on 4/16/26 I have wrote customer service multiple times with no reply or saying they will contact me if anything is needed for my redeem. I also bought a package as well. I still haven’t gotten my redemption or any answer as to why I haven’t received it as of yet. Horrible customer service. Be mindful that you may not receive your winnings from here.

I can’t even push the button to ask for a withdrawal I have met any and all play through they may have I have been emailing them since Friday got a response today saying my balance was zero which is far from the truth I have screenshots of everything…. I don’t know what else to possibly do.. will change my review if I ever get a response

I also won money and am having a miserable experience w customer service- they've told me like 5 different reasons my redemption is cancelled..I have numerous emails asking for clarification, they said the debit card I used to purchase isn't eligible, that I must use aeropay and I have used aero pay in the past but if I go to withdraw w aeropay it asks to seek manager help...
Well...I'm updating to say ..after much hardship they fixed my problem...this is an update

Submitted a redemption on 4/7/26 via debit card. Received an email on 4/10/26 that my redemption was cancelled and a new redemption was being processed. The website advertises 24/7 customer support and that is far from the case. I have emailed support and it takes at least 2 business days for a response. I would like my redemption processed and then will reassess my review at that time.
