Website very misleading when it comes to easy returns policy. they do everything they can to prevent you returning something such as taking a 15% restocking charge plus you have to pay to return it to HONG KING and all shipping costs, postal insurance, customs and duty taxes ( unspecified amount) and all the disclaimers about they are not liable if it doesn’t get there or held at customs etc. there’s no mention the products are shipped from HK. i made A very expensive mistake buying from this company and falling for the all the blurb in their mission statement on customer satisfaction.

Grosse arnaque la tondeuse que j'ai acheté 89€ sur ce site se vend a peine 20-30€ sur Temu et Amazon et bien sûr pas moyen de le savoir car il ne précise ni la marque ni la référence. Le produit m'a été expédié de Chine et a mis 2 semaines a arriver, j'ai tout de suite été déçue en voyant le produit on voit clairement que ça ne vaut pas son prix. Pour info leur tondeuse de la marque Hatteker modèle HT6058.

Awful! Avoid this company at all cost. Bought the monovon double breast pump and within days of getting it the pump bottles broke and then the pumps themselves stopped working. Shocking customer service which was obviously a template reply. Offered be 10% compensation from a £140 item and if I wanted to return it I would have to send it to China and pay shipping fees, import fees, clearance fees etc and only then would I get a 15% refund. This is a scamming business which I had to notify my credit card company to apply for a full refund as Monovon were breaking their returns policy.

My Mini Binoculars arrived, way faster than I expected!!! And they work Perfectly...!

I purchased a breast pump from Monovon UK after it was promoted as the number one breast pump, a claim that couldn’t have been further from my actual experience.

I received a faulty product, it would stop working within 30 seconds of use, even after hours of charging. I contacted customer support with video proof, and instead of offering a refund, they tried to send a replacement, which I declined, as I had already purchased a working pump elsewhere out of necessity.

When I insisted on a refund, they responded with a list of completely unreasonable demands, including:

1. Returning the item to Hong Kong at my own cost
2. Paying customs clearance fees, taxes, and shipping
3. Declaring the package at low value to reduce the import taxes
4. Accepting that if the item is lost in transit, I would bear the loss
5. A 15% deduction from the refund for returns they claim are “not faulty”. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if they falsely claim the item works just to avoid issuing a full refund.

All of this was despite the product being defective, which under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 means I am entitled to a full refund with return shipping costs covered by the seller.

Their actions clearly show they are trying to discourage returns and evade legal responsibilities by creating a process that is deliberately difficult, especially for UK consumers.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially as this was a product intended for feeding a newborn. Monovon’s handling of the situation shows a complete disregard for consumer protection laws and basic customer service standards.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to look elsewhere. If you have any issues with your order, do not expect a fair or legal resolution.

Bought a pair of Binoculars as a gift after reading reviews on a website that rated the best Binoculars from 2025.

I then saw Trustpilot reviews and attempted to cancel my order before it shipped. Conveniently, it shipped and they said it was now too late. Then my suspicion grew further when there was spelling mistakes in the shipping email also.

After several emails to the company, I am no further on. They said that I should refuse the delivery when it turns up but after reading their website policies, they would charge me further expense if I did this. It seems like any excuse to not pay you any money back and make it extremely difficult. I’ve asked for a return address/the funds I would be entitled to and they have simply just stopped replying now. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank. Fingers crossed.

Es una ESTAFA. Acabo de comprar una depiladora laser Monovon IPL20 que dicen que es la mejor del mercado por 149€ y resulta que después de hacer la compra me dapor buscar la referencia por internet y en AliExpress me sale la misma por 40€.. me siento impotente a la hora de cancelar el pedido y el pago con la tarjeta de crédito.He contactado con ambos y ya os contaré cómo se soluciona esto

Horrible product (binoculars that strangely got rave reviews on a birding site). Then when you go to return them you get a ton of email run arounds about how hard it is, and the costs involved (unspecified even after asking) and then refund amounts that go from 5% to 20%. I evertually just took the £23 refund, wrote of the £100 I lost and donated the binoculars to a charity shop. The optics made me feel sick. Awful company, RIP OFF.

Bought a gimbal after reading a fake review. It was introduced as 'As a smartphone gimbal from Iceland, the Monovon Gimbal' Received a cheap Gimbal from China that can be bought for a fraction of the price. Contacted them asking to return it and this is their reply:

. A 15% deduction will be made for cancellations not due to quality issues, and we do not provide return labels;

2. Our return address is different from the address on the package, and we only accept the return address we provide. If you send the package back to another address, we will not be able to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the product without permission.

3. You need to send the product back to Hong Kong, and you need to pay the return shipping fee, customs clearance fee and import country taxes;

4. It is recommended to fill in the customs declaration value as low as possible to avoid high taxes and fees. The customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you, and we will deduct them when refunding;

5. If the package is lost during transportation or is returned for other reasons (such as customs detention), we are not responsible;

Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties. Can we provide you with 5% compensation for the order? I hope you can keep the product and no longer issue a return request. Looking forward to your reply.

So they send you a cheap Chinese item and then make it impossible to return it.

Ordered monovan double hands free breast pump. The product was unbranded on arrival which seemed odd. Initially worked well for 2 months and seemed a good product. When the product stopped working contacted as under one year warranty. No recognition product was under offer. Despite multiple emails
No offer of replacement part or repair. Language in emails very unprofessional. Then they stopped emailing. The item cost over $350 - very disappointing given specifically purchased due to warranty.

Despite my clear cut emailed cancellation notice within 2 hours of ordering, Monovon failed to stop the dispatch. My change of mind was linked to a belated look at their terrible Trustpilot reviews.

So I rejected the delivery when it arrived. But after 3 months, I am still fighting to get my original £79 refunded. This is despite an email from Monovon 2 months ago promising me a refund.

This is either total incompetence or fraud. I have now complained to my bank who thankfully, have now refunded me the missing £79.

I ordered the Monovon gimbal after doing some research. When it arrived (from China, which I wasn't expecting as pricing was in GB pounds) it was a completely different brand name and product to the one I had ordered. The one I received is available for £64 cheaper than what I paid!

I requested a refund and got a reply to say that I will need to pay the return shipping to Hong Kong, plus customs clearance fee and import country taxes. They also want to deduct 15% from the refund.

Their final message is "Returning is really troublesome and disadvantageous to both parties." Incredible and somewhat threatening!

I have given them a little info on UK law and will see what they say.

- ils me demande de sous évalué la valeur auprès des douanes.
- ils me demandent un retour à une adresse à Hong Kong.
C’est de véritables escros.

Le produit reçu est un article de basse qualité (50 M annoncé à peine 24 m en réalité) vendu 200 eur sur ce site et 40 sur aliexpress et 31 sur alibaba. Le service client est inexistant, j’ai demandé un remboursement dans le délai légal de rétractation et on reçois tjr la même réponse. Ils tentent d’imposer :

des frais de retour exorbitants vers la Hong kong, une retenue illégale de 15% sur le remboursement, et aucune garantie si le colis se perd.

Ils proposent 5% de "compensation" pour ne pas renvoyer l’article. (J'espère que vous pourrez conserver le produit et ne plus faire de demande de retour. Dans l'attente de votre réponse.)

Ils se présentent comme un site français mais se trouvent à Hong Kong.

Surtout ne commandez pas chez eux.....
