I can't access my moni point account for the past 3 days now I'm so disappointed and I regret using this app and I advise any user making use of this account should make withdrawaland delete the app

Like Survimo. Monipoints is a survey site where it is very difficult to accumulate an amount for payout, this is despite the many survey offers which usually come after a few pre-qualification question you can read you are unqualified or "the survey is unfinished" which is what happens to me most of the time. A waste of time.

For me i always see and hear people brag about surveys but on my dashboard am never fit fir a survey then you ask yourself why… so really i have a bad experience with moni points

I am writing this to clarify the misconceptions you're having about Monipoints because throughout your continuous complaints and review I learnt that you did not take the time to go through the company FAQ to know about it before going on with it.

Firstly, Nowhere is it written that the top earner of the weekly points or monthly points will be the winner and receive a payment of $100 but instead what was written is that a random draw will be performed within the 10 top earners of the weekly points and also the 10 top earners of the monthly points and a winner will be choosen randomly between them, so being the number one on the list does not mean you will be choosen as the winner and being the last on the list does not mean you won't be chosen as the winner, it's all the depends on who was chosen during the random draw.

And secondly, the Monipoints Team has long stopped choosing a winner since March of this year and the reason that was given was that users on the platform are using some illegal ways so earn a very very high points so they had to stop the monthly and the weekly reward until they can be able to resolved that issue...

I only took my time to write all this because I'm a beneficiary of the platform because I have won the prize money before.

SO PLEASE GO AND READ THE FAQ ON THE PLATFORM BECAUSE EVEN IF THEY DID NOT STOP THE REWARD SYSTEM PLACING FIRST ON THE WEEKLY AND THE MONTHLY LEADERBOARD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU'LL BE THE WINNER BECAUSE ONLY ONE WINNER IS CHOOSING FROM THE LIST RANDOMLY. THANK YOU

My weekly score was 31,200 MoniPoints, which was the highest among all participants.

However, Monipoints refused to send me the announced $100 weekly prize and instead replied to my email with the following message:

👉 “We would like to clarify that the payment was not sent to your PayPal account because you were not selected as the winner of the contest. Only the designated winner, as officially announced, will receive the payment.”

This email shows that the company deliberately denied my win, even though my name appears first on their own published list of winners.

Additionally, by the end of October 2025, my total monthly score reached 317,850 MoniPoints, which was also the highest score that month.

Yet my name was not listed among the top 10 monthly winners, and I received no prize.

I have kept all screenshots proving my scores, rankings, and dates, and I contacted the company politely several times but received no fair response.

I am sharing this review to warn others that Monipoints does not honor its own reward system, even when clear evidence shows who the real winner is.

- I hope that God and the Trustpilot platform will help me obtain my rights, so that customers, the public, and reputable companies know the truth about the Monipoints platform.

Monipoints Threats :

1. Account Deletion

Despite my full activity in October, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 2:47 PM, I received the following message:

👉 “Your account has been deleted. All your personal details and any uploads have been permanently removed.”

2. False Inactivity Warning

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11:42 AM, I received the following email from Monipoints:

👉“Your account will be deleted in 14 days because you haven’t completed any surveys within the last 5 months.
According to our Terms of Service, all panelists will be deleted after 6 months of inactivity and their earned points will be set to 0.
To keep your account, complete at least one survey within the next 14 days.”


These two messages

(Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 11:42 AM)

clearly demonstrate that Monipoints has
engaged in:

1 deceptive and misleading practices

2 retaliatory actions against a client exercising their rights

3 an attempt to evade legal and media scrutiny, including from Danish authorities, the media, and Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark.

👉 My complaint is now before the office of Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and has been made public through various media outlets. I reserve my full legal right to seek fair compensation for the unjustified delay in receiving my legal entitlements

👉 I would like to clarify that my intention is not to defame or harm MoniPoints , but to ensure that my legitimate rewards are granted and to protect other participants from facing similar issues

👉 Monipoints is attempting to exploit any loophole to evade accountability.

👉 Monipoints tries to shift the blame onto me while presenting itself as honest and transparent.

👉 However, between us stand fair judges.

👉 Reputable media are watching.

👉 An informed public can clearly distinguish the truth..

I joined the platform 2years ago and I also won before, and learn a lot about the world and common ideas too,

Their policies and privacy are clearly stated

But the problem is from we the users, and am one of them,
We used many ways to earned extra points more than the average,
This create a complex competition that if one is not smart to find other means to earn extra points, cannot make it to the top.

This is why the officials paused the rewarding system to prevent this act from we the users.

You can check the comments from different geographical locations this means people participate from different countries

SO PLEASE IF YOU LOVE MONIPOINTS ❤ THEN STUDY IT WELL BEFORE YOU COMMENT PLEASE.

I participate in all surveys since December 21, 2023, i collected 1674100 Monipoints, i never win a cent and i never found my name in the leaderboard.
I think that this application is not serious.

Monipoints is a click-bait site which attracts people to answer surveys and quizzes with each page of the site containing inviting ads. The $100 reward dangles in front of everyone but people seldom realize that it's merely a way to drive people to the ads on the site. The leaderboards are a joke as even if one answer all surveys and quizzes one can accumulate 22,500 points to the maximum in a week. But the leaderboard shows fictitious members with 65,000 or so points in a week. Don't understand where did these additional points came from? Why are members taken on a fraudulent ride of deceit? There's neither a way to contact nor a contact number given. Also there isn't any transparent method of seeing rewards or reward points being awarded. Don't waste time with this bogus site and put it to better use.

I've been a consistent member of monipoints but i still never experienced winning and get a $100 rewards inspite of answering perfectly all the surveys and quizesses but inspite all that i still remain calm doing it again and again. Hope to be rewarded someday....

Is moneypoint survey and quizzes are real or fake?

I had series of great educative adventure with Monipoints. First is the brainstorm with contemporary quizzes and surveys that keep me so scholarly informed every time I log in. Then I must confess I find this platform the most friendly, honest, supportive and prompt in response to their claims.
