Where Did My Account Balance Go?
I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Money Plant FX FZE.
I deposited a significant amount into my trading account and later noticed serious discrepancies between the balance shown in my MT platform and the official account statement provided by the company.
For example, on 13/04/2025 my MT platform clearly showed a balance of approximately USD 14,008.91, supported by screenshots from my trading history. However, the statement later provided by the company showed the balance for the same period as approximately USD 7,185.33. This is a massive discrepancy and not a small calculation difference.
When I raised the issue, I received only generic responses stating that all trades were executed from my own IP address and that the company holds no responsibility for the losses. However, my concern is not simply about trading losses — it is about the mismatch between the actual MT platform balance and the balances reflected in their official statement.
I also experienced:
Delayed responses from support
Lack of proper clarification regarding balance calculations
Unclear bonus deductions and account adjustments
Difficulty getting transparent explanations from the company
I have maintained screenshots and records of my account history and have requested a full reconciliation and technical explanation from the company.
I strongly advise traders to proceed carefully and ensure they maintain complete screenshots and records of all trading activities and balances while dealing with this platform.
I hope the company will properly investigate and transparently resolve these discrepancies.
