Easy implementation and great customer service
We have only just started, and Brittany Farris has been so helpful in getting us set up and following up to ensure we are happy with the service. It was such an easy process to implement quickly. We think this will be a big improvement for our customers to always have someone answer our phones since we are a small office and can get tied up on a call or pulled away from the phone.

Great customer service
Jessica G. is amazing, she is our account manager for Center for Spine and Orthopedics, Inc. She is the most helpful and pleasant outside consultant I have ever worked with. She pays attention to detail, she is always available for assistance for our staff and medical providers, and always provides great service with a smile. The support staff is very accomodating
The support staff is very accommodating. They are very timely with follow ups when we question charges or calls. They do call ahead when we are close to our minutes and make recommendations to stay on the current level or move up one level. Very appreciative of that. I recommend them

I will admit that we had a bit of a rough start in getting a few glitches out in the beginning when Moneypenny took over and I will say that they worked with me and took the time and effort to give me exactly what I needed!
