Absolutely terrible, everything. Misleading, poor customer service do not pay advertised rates, do not start paying interest until after 4 days also the etoro app is badly laid out compared to Zopa or plum... Moving money out after less than a week, I'm sure they won't make that easy either!

Very well made app, great customer support and investment advisors. The news and blog sections are a nice touch as well when you want to get more information.

Problems setting up a cash ISA via the Etoro website, Moneyfarm were slow to respond to my questions in relation to funding the ISA and this is still not resolved.

I am wanting to transfer out my pension to a new provider, but Moneyfarm keep rejecting the transfer. The latest reason is that my policy number is incorrect but I’ve checked my documentation and asked two people at Moneyfarm to confirm it. The new provider has also tried requesting the transfer with my account number and old policy number and those requests were also rejected. Both me and the new provider has spoken to MoneyFarm and are unable to resolve this issue. I would really like to get through to the person in charge of accepting SIPP requests on the Origo system at Moneyfarm to find out the reason for these rejections.

Open isa 3.80% after 5 days .22p in isa acct no chat on line call get told wait it will come right no call back this is the worst isa bank will now transfer out to shawbrook little less but no lies wonder how long it will take to get my money back from these ?

All good until you want some of your money out then you need to jump through hoops and some more. I understand that there are certain rules to follow but why should they want to see all my current account transactions for a month. Found this extremely concerning. Try and get straightforward answer from them but that's as rare as rocking horse poo.

Don't like giving negative reviews for new company, but need to let people know that after several polite conversations with them not only have they not resolved the problem, but they will not get back to me with any kind of up dates I'm in limbo still, the staff are polite but no one seems to know how to help it's a pity but that's it, ill keep you posted on any up dates.

I opened a cash isa and it’s been the worst cash isa I’ve ever opened. You don’t get the advertised daily rate and they try fobbing you off with variables in the market. You can’t add money without uploading a statement from the bank you wish the money to come from. All in all a terrible experience. Please avoid

Watch the Cash ISA Ts&Cs closely (I think about 50 pages of these)

Variable easy-access ISA opened at 4.84%. No email notification is sent when rate changes so I transferred out when noticed rate had dropped 0.53%. Then saw bonus rate of 0.71% changed to 0.00%. I emailed to query this. Unfortunately reply advising that £500 must be kept on account for 12 month to maintain bonus was not received before transfer completed. As account remained open, asked if I could re-deposit to restore bonus but told this was not possible.

Also, they do not issue any account closure statement

Sono cliente di Moneyfarm dal 2017. Della nostra relazione si può dire che è senz'altro affiatata. Insieme abbiamo affrontato periodi più luminosi ed altri più bui. Ma ancora oggi reggiamo con stima e comprensione reciproca. Potrei aggiungere altro ma è intuibile che la qualità del nostro rapporto discende anche, e soprattutto, dalla qualità professionale di Moneyfarm

Sono diversi anni che ho qualche soldo con Moneyfarm ma mi sono sempre frenato nell'incrementare tale deposito perchè i risultati non sono proprio brillanti. Da altre parti ho vari portafogli di etf gestiti in completa autonomia e tutti riescono ad avere un rendimento migliore del gestito da Moneyfarm. Esperienza tranquilla ma non certo esaltante.

Con Moneyfarm ho iniziato ad investire nel 2021 e da allora ho scoperto il mondo finanziario supportato e seguito passo per passo da un’azienda davvero affidabile! Basta parlare con un loro consulente per capire la loro serietà e potersi affidare a loro senza pensieri!
