I have had deaings with Moncharm for over 5 years. Matthew has led me through a world I knew nothing about, and so we have become a friend for life. I trust Matthew, and his colleagues who have helped me through some of the toughest days in my life.

I have been investing in fine wine with Kevin at Moncharm since 2013. Kevin made me feel relaxed right from the beginning, I'd never invested this way before but found it suited my cash flow. We now chat on the phone like mates and I think that he has advised me well. I also find other members of Moncharm very polite and efficient.
I would recommend Kevin to all who wished to try investing in wine.

Upon retiring I needed to try and find a good return for my lump sum. After speaking to Matthew I decided to try a investment in wine and that this might give me a better return than investing in an ISA. So investing in wine from many regions and countries, some might give me a good return mitigating any losses incurred. MY dealings with Matthew have always been professional but always friendly.

The key feature of Moncharm's approach is to link a customer with the same adviser, (in my case, Nathan,) for every transaction. That enables trust to be developed - in both directions. Some of Nathan's recommendations have done well; a few have floundered, but at least some of these could well recover in time. With the exception of wine storage, Moncharm's own costs are built into their buying and selling offers: this is a welcome and clear approach. Nathan provides a sound basis for his recommendations, and responds well to questions. As with all investment, however, the risk ultimately lies with the investor.

A wine portfolio would appear to be one of the safer, if longer term, investment options in these uncertain times. Although a purchase price, typically offered by Moncharm, might sometimes appear, on the surface, to be inflated, when compared to other available sources for that product, this is offset by reliable storage provision and by the level of expertise and up to date information on the wine market trading position, offered to investors by Moncharm's advisors, certainly in my experience, being a complete novice in the field of wine investment. A persistent and persuasive procurement approach from Moncharm to seek further extensions to one's investment holding is an undeniable modus operandi of the company which could only be supported, in my opinion, if trust is established and realised from the advice given. Personally, I have found my friendly relationship with my advisor, Nathan, to be one that I value and trust and I do believe that his advice is being genuinely offered to my advantage. Recently this has been borne out with a holding of mine of less than one year, being sold, following Nathan's advice, generating a 32% profit.

I have been dealing with MonCharm since early 2016. It started with a 'cold call' from Matthew. Initially suspicious and sceptical, but eventually won over by the attraction of the package offered. Since then, have built up a portfolio of labels and had 'robust' discussions with Matthew. Two occasions have arisen when I needed to 'redeem' part of my investment. Each time the transaction was handled efficiently and within an acceptable time-frame.
The company benefits from assigning each investor a specific Broker. This enables a rapport AND friendship to be developed.
I have grown to trust the way the company operates.

Following advice of my broker, Matthew Knight, I have been building my portfolio for 3years or so. Having had many conversations(albeit over the ‘phone) with Matthew, I have found him to be not only professional but also friendly, honest and polite. Being a complete novice, he has taught me a great deal about the world of wine. I have yet to profit from my investments and appreciate the risks involved,but I feel time will prove his advice to be beneficial to both myself and Moncharm.

My present Broker (Kevin) has an excellent manner and his knowledge is second to none. I would stress however that he does not give any guarantees. Dealing with my Broker is like dealing with a family memeber where honesty and trust are paramount.

I gave Moncharm a bad review I wish to withdraw it they have exceeded on my wine investment very pleased,if you like to invest give Moncharm a go you will have no regrets honestly 11/10
