This company absolutely sucks trying to book a driver and we have a three day window and they wouldn't even call us back so then we called and they said she wouldn't be in till later and then she's still not calling back this company's an absolute joke and their absolute horrid reviews are definitely warranted. I would stay away from this sham company.

Excellent service! They transported my motorcycle from New Jersey all the way to San Diego, California. The shipping was fast, safe, and very professional. My motorcycle arrived in perfect condition and was delivered right to my doorstep. Communication with both the company and the driver was excellent throughout the entire process. Very reliable and professional service. I highly recommend Monarch Transport Group!

Monarch Transport did an excellent job of getting my car from Florida to Indiana. From pick up to delivery it was a smooth process. A couple take aways from my experience, getting in touch with the office with general questions is difficult, had several questions that I had to leave messages and the call wasn’t returned in a timely manner, many times I was unavailable to answer and would have to repeat the process all over. Once the car was picked up and enroute the communication improved. The tracking was not what I expected, not a real time where’s my vehicle, but I was provided a number to get updates, which worked. Overall the car arrived on the promised date and the driver was great. Car was in good shape and I had no issues with the transport. I would recommend Monarch but just know that while things were moving I was a little in the dark. The price was fair. Thanks

Monarch Transport handled the shipment of my motorcycle from Fort Lauderdale, FL out to Highlands Ranch, CO, and did a phenomenal job. Pricing was right on point, timing was exact, and the professionalism of everyone involved put me at ease immediately. My bike arrived safe and sound without a single hitch. A solid, trustworthy company that I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I hired Monarch to move two motorcycles. The dispatchers were extremely unreliable. After they quoted a rate, and we signed the contract- they increased the price. The driver showed up two days late, and after hours to pick up. Delivery was three days late. Caution is advised!!!

I was pleased by the price as well as the professionalism, communication, and friendliness of the driver.
The delivery was made past their estimated delivery window but the driver did call to inform me he was running late.

Monarch delivered my motorcycle earlier than expected and hassle free. It’s a legit company that offers competitive prices and does the job. My driver didn’t speak English well but I was still able to communicate.

Contracted to pick up two trikes and paid the initial deposit in full. Day of move they showed up and only able to take 1 as they were not aware of how much bigger trikes are. Still have not received any form of credit 45 days later.

I had a motorcycle shipped by Monarch in September 2026, from CA to NC.
The cost was pretty much inline with quotes from other companies.
The delivery took about a week longer than expected, and their tracking site was useless. Despite that, the bike was handled with care and arrived with no issues.
I would not hesitate to use this company in again.

was quoted a certain price and was told that they had a driver, then they called back and said that something happened to the drivers truck so he couldnt pick up my vehicle, then they called and said they found a driver but it was $700 more, i said ok, but never heard back from them for like almost a week, i finally cancelled the order to get someone else to pick up my vehicle and they charge $149 cancelation fee, i paid $260 for the deposit and am waiting to see if i get the $111 of the deposit refunded, so bottom line i paid $260 for nothing

Bait and Switch is the truth of this group. No truth in advertising demands up front payment than ups the price
Insults the shop owner where vehicle is to be picked up. Fliling complaints everywhere to warn others. Avoid them!!!

I went with Monarch, not based on price, but the great upfront service, before giving them the load. Has an RV Toy Hauler moved 1100 miles from Georgia to Texas and needed quicker than first thought. They came back and offered a same day pickup for another $150, which was way more than fair! Trailer showed up next day while others wanted 3-5 days to deliver. Communication was 10 out of 10!
