Not sure how point system works not explained i thought a birthday present would be a reduction in cost. Not happy

Melina listened to what I wanted and provided dresses for me to try on until I chose the perfect dress for the wedding. The boutique has a great variety of clothes.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff were very welcoming. A great range of formal and casual dresses. In the future I will use this shop for my next purchase of a dress.

This was my first time visiting the store and all staff were absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough for me and the other shoppers in the store. I will be sure to return and recommend to all my friends.

I had a wonderful afternoon at Mon Ami, Glynde. Everything was displayed appropriately making it easy to find what area you should be looking in. The staff were welcoming, helpful and patient. I will definitely return and could only recommend a visit to Mon Ami.

The ladies at the boutique were super friendly and helpful, without being pushy. I was able to find the perfect dress for our daughter’s wedding plus three others for upcoming events. All within an hour after trudging all through the city the day before.

Shopping at Mon Ami on Glynburn Road was a most satisfying experience from the moment I walked through the door. The formal and everyday clothing ranges were both extensive and clearly and well organised and the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful without being overly obtrusive or pushy.
On returning home I was delighted to find the outfit I purchased had been placed on coat hangers in a protective
plastic covering and carefully folded, all to avoid unsightly creasing of my beautiful outfit; sadly, very few clothing boutiques take such care with the garments they have sold, such that the service I received from Josie was exceptional from start to finish.

I received my order extremely promptly. Carefully packaged and all correct.
