No Customer Service
I purchased a “1 World 4 Port GaN Travel Charger 170W” from Momax.net in July 2025. The charger stopped working within a year. I contacted support multiple times via email and WhatsApp, provided photos and my receipt, but received no meaningful response. Follow-ups are ignored, and the automated messages don’t lead to any resolution.
I would caution potential buyers: while the product may seem good, customer service for defective items is extremely poor, and getting a replacement or repair appears unlikely.
