I looked at the reviews first, did my offers and withdrew on the 31st of last month. I wrote to them 7+ times saying the withdraw process is 7 days max as stated on their terms and conditions and of I can get paid promptly. No response. So then I keep emailing and I receive a support email or 2 from them saying they are dealing with a lot of requests and that my payment is being processed. That they'll get to me when it's done.. I then respond asking how long they'll take and they said as long as they need to take. So The wording of that was already conercning because that could be a month or more so I ask about this but no answer.

It isn't right at all. We do offers etc and our time went into this yet no guarantee of our payouts. Customer support is virtually nonexistent and if they are they don't give you a straight answer. It should not take longer than 7 days for a withdrawal yet people are waiting from over a week to a month. That's ridiculous... We need further compensation from moincoins honestly... They also need to improve their service big time!

Erste Erfahrung war gut, 50€ Aufgabe ohne Probleme getrackt und bezahlt. Auch die Auszahlung war binnen 8 Tagen durch. Habe den Support jedoch wegen einer Aufgabe kontaktiert die nicht gezahlt hat, seit mehreren Wochen keine Rückmeldung. Ist wohl kein einzelfall und ich hatte wohl auch Glück mit der Auszahlung. Lieber vorsichtig sein.

I requested a payment 18 days ago and it has not been paid

I don't recommend using MoinCoins as I have earned ~300$ approximately there, and have been waiting for my cashout for longer than the expected time that has been mentioned (7 Business Days) to see most of my money to be held pending without any proper reason. I attempted to contact support regarding this matter, but they don't respond at all. I spent my own time, and my own money to complete these offers for them to provide poor assistance when cashing out.

Just started using Moincoins this month and really have enjoy my experience so far. Its a great way to get cashback by just completing small, simple tasks. I love how they have multiple ways to withdraw money and really listen to their customers feedback.

Second update:
Over 50 days since offers completed still rewards not received.
Please every one AVOID website at all they don't care about people at least they making money.

Been contacted by email finally after few emails and 14 days but problem not resolved even proof sent

Finished 7 Amazon free trials and only 1 paid after 11 days, 2 emails sent to support but as you can expect no answer whatsoever.
Seems like another scam website.. shame

It's a good site to earn some income through tasks or cashbacks, it's the best site I've seen so far, I just leave you a recommendation!! Please, the payments have been processed in a little less time. My payment took 11 days to arrive. It would be great if it took 3 to 5 business days.

I saw a video tutorial on youtube which lead me to a nice and informative blogpost. There I found out more about moincoins and how I can earn some money by shopping in my favorite stores. I used it to buy some great products and checked out the freebies section as well (easy earning :) ). i was paid out quite fast also via paypal. further i didn't use it yet, but i love the idea that they offer to donate your earnings to make the world a better place. overall it is a great experience and i would definitely recommend it.
