Dear valued customer,
Thank you for your purchase of the save. Please be informed that this save unlocks the Platinum Trophy exclusively on the PS5 game (like it's said in the description on the website). In order to transfer the save to the PS5 game, you will need to delete your previous PS5 game save. Failure to do so may result in a loop loading your old save. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Malware Modware Team

Bad monster Hunter world save
I bought a save from him at a high price but he sent me a save that has fully utilised all its customisation ticket. So I can’t change the character’s looks except using the one he gave me. Also there are some glitches on the game that made it non 100% after playing.

Hello Tess,
Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the backup did not meet your expectations.
On November 1, 2023 at 2:11 AM you mentioned that The face is quite bad looking. Editing the make up and hair can’t do it, And now the save is not useful for me anymore" In response, we offered to edit the face according to your preferences on the same day at 5:51 PM, asking "Which face do you want? (I can edit the face)". However, we never received a response from you.
Additionally, we have seen in the past that you have shared our work with a Discord community, which is against our policies and unethical. We take these violations very seriously because they compromise the quality of our service and the trust of our customers.
However, we remain willing to help you customize the backup according to your needs. Please feel free to contact us so we can resolve this issue together.

He is legit and continously impresses and improves over time.
Malware was fantastic and even went the extra mile to make it a good experience whilst answering any questions I had regarding the service I purchased along the way.
I've used the SAO services and my most recent was Granblue which went perfectly as expected.
Would definitely recommend if you have the disposable income, as he'll only offer more in the future from further support.
