They steal bank account information, took 100 euros from me. I pray the gods give them all the worst in life.

No response via email. That's the only contact information they have, you you cannot click on email; you have to copy and paste. I didn't get a reply from them to cancel. 8 had to block my bank card. This has scam written all over. Do not buy from them. Reviews are consistent.

Did a free trial where it said I could cancel at any time. The only problem is, that it doesn't give you a way to cancel your subscription on the actual webside or anything. I had to find their support email through my own paypal to be able to unsubscribe, which lead me to payments I didn't want. The quality of the product is not worth the subscription either.

After sharing the same experience as other reviewers and being charged £17 for a one off file conversion- through a Spanish bank- I have stopped any further charges they might try to levy through my bank.
It would appear that the company is now for sale (minimum $500,000!) If it's still out there AVOID!

charged the 0.59 pence, which I thought fine, then couldn't convert the audio file, so I looked at how to contact them and it was so unhelpful, I cancelled on the website around 1 hr after the transaction, took a screen shot, but reading through these other reviews, I have simply canceled my credit card and order new credit cards.

Definitely a scammer. I have never clicked on a subscription, but may have clicked on its ad. Then it charges me continuously!

Please do not make the same mistake I did , this app says £0.59 for a 24 hours trial and then after £17.97 … the money will come out indeed 24 hours later and it’s not clear unless you read the terms and conditions which less be honest is about 8000 words long. What’s even worse is I made the subscription on a Sunday night I just wanted the 24 hours and the video didn’t even work ! I wanted to cancel the subscription on the Monday which I done but I couldn’t do it through the app I had to speak to an advisor over the phone by this time the 24 hours had passed and to my shock the money had been taken ! Not worth the stress had to cancel my cards etc please avoid

They are scammers! Do not put credit card info in!!!

Scam! I authorised 50 cents, the file failed and they took 40€ later! I’m reporting them asap, don’t let them get away with it just because it’s a small amount!

Eine Konvertierung wurde mit 0,50 Euro ausgewiesen, auf der Kreditkartenrechnung wurden zusätzlich 39,95 Euro abgebucht!
Im Nachhinein: es gibt kein Impressum dieses "Unternehmens", das sollte schon zu denken geben.
Jedenfalls: HÄNDE WEG!

Too good to be true. The app appears helpful and simple to navigate, and for a mere 54p. I was shocked to see my details enter into a £19.95 subscription after 24hrs to cancel (which you are not informed of at the time of payment).

Hassle and worry later, bank contacted, card closed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was scammed too paid 0.5 for MP4 conversion that didn’t even download and they attempted to take £17 the next day

Like everyone else I was scammed! Paid 50p for a file conversion and the next day they had taken £17 as a subscription I had never requested. Hoping the bank can sort this out as I cannot find any way to unsubscribe!
