I ordered the alpha heat vest. The website says it's an American company and that i should receive the order in 5 to 7 days. After 5 days I had not heard a think so emailed support. Received a response within 24 hours that they were sorry and soon after received an email that it was being shipped. I looked at the tracking information and it shows a Korean carrier!! I did send another email regarding this, no response uet. The email also stated you should see the progress with 12 to 24 hours, its been 24 hours and no updates. Not sure if I will get my order, we will see, but based on other reviews I will be contacting my bank to make sure no other charges are applied to my card. So my advice is beware, this most likely is some type of scam. I have searched Alpha Heat Vest multiple times and seems like it's reputable but then I saw it's through Modern Lifestyle Shop. The charge on my card listed neither name. If I am wrong, happy to post an update, but that's my experience so far.
Update: I did end up getting the vests, and I had ordered the extra battery packs, which I found out you HAVE to order them, the stupid vests do not come with a power pack!!! How can they say heat vest when it doesn't automatically come with a power pack?? The sizes are definitely not American sizes, the large is more like a medium. After I contacted CS regarding the Korean tracking number, they sent another tracking number supposedly from New Jersey, which again, did not work. It was the holidays so I forgot to contact my bank and sure enough, yesterday my card was charged 19.99 ×2, I have shut down card and reported fraud as I did not authorize them charge me for anything! BEWARE

Nowhere did i see shipping with my order, when I entered my information, a pop up screen came up, trying to sell me more stuff... I've didn't complete order, due to pop up... next thing i know I'm charged $10 more than the advertised camera !

I ordered 2 Pyrex heaters and remote and a hand warmer, it's been 1 month since it was supposed to have been shipped. No package as of yet. Called and complained, they are checking on it. Said they would send me an email with shipping transit number. We will see. Then today I check my bank account and I see another debit of 24.99 for some kind of membership, I told the rep NO!! Please refund me now. That too takes another week. We will see what happens.

The ring doesn't work, nor does the app.
My return was 7 days past 30 days and they would not refund my money.
I did buy the insurance so under the insurance policy they say they will send me a new ring.
Be careful and be aware. I think this ring is
a scam. I've spent hours trying to get the ring to work with the app they recommend.
I think the hype on these rings are not all they are cracked up to be.

Just received my Smart ring. Very excited but the manual is unreliable. The font type size can not be read with a magnifying glass. Waiting for customer service to respond to my email

It's such a pity you have to tap on the stars to get to the review page. Otherwise they wouldn't have gotten nothing but minus 1 star..the very worst purchase I have ever had but what stands out is the fact that I'm not getting through to no one to return the garbage and get my money back. I purchased a so called power washer and seriously a normal kids water gun works better. My ultimate surprise was that it was advertised on TV.. on the package they even disabled the QR code to prevent scanning..

Cheap, ineffective, no value AT ALL. Took forever to be delivered and I opened it and immediately realized I HAD BEEN SCAMMED! There is no value in this product, at all. I requested my full refund immediately and shocker but NO RESPONSE. No response to calls or emails. They replied within 6 minutes with a 50% refund and keep the ring so I wouldn't be bothered with shipping. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I am leaving a 1 star review because someone is responding to me. Otherwise I would leave a negative 5 star review if I could.
I paid $50.19 and was not happy with the cheap item so tried calling and never got an answer so I emailed. I was offered a refund of 50% refund ($12.74) then a 75% refund ($19.11) and finally an 85% refund of $21.66. Each time I was told to keep the item. I don't want the item, it's useless to me, cheap and doesn't work. They don't even want them back but this is how they make money, they scam people. I am reporting them to the BBB (better business bureau) and the AG (attorney generals office).

Purchased the Ultrasonic repellent, which stopped working with in 90 days. They do not stand behind their product only offer 30 refund.

This is a poor way to run a business, I will never purchase another product from this company

Total scam! I ordered 1 ea. of the "Power Saving devices". Upon placing the order I received a text stating the order was not complete. Since then (4 days ago) I have received several texts from them advertising items, but they've never responded to any of my texts inquiries re the order.

Very disappointed that the two A9 Smart Cameras I purchased a bit ago do NOT WORK on my 5G wifi network. Seems that 2G is old and gone?? Can I return them or donate to anyone who might still use 2G??

Very Bad Quality. Purchased 4 miniguard cams which did not meet quality standards based on advertisement. Although cameras hooked up with 2.4GHz wifi, the resolution for night vision was virtually nonexistent. Even at dusk light conditions or semi dark room, video is totally black. The viewing angle is only about 30 deg. which is useless to see a window of activity. The ability to hold a charge for wireless operation was 30 minutes for all 4 cameras compared to other cameras which can last for days on a charge. This product should not be on the market as it has no value to the consumer. Lastly and most importantly, Modern Lifestyle Shop did not respond to customer request on thier website. Looks like significant reviews indicate the same experience

DON'T DO IT!

I ordered two vitalcam dash cameras from this website and received three. Excited to get the cameras, then opening one of the boxes, I was shocked. They were obviously not what I thought I ordered. They were described as being very high quality doing a review on the internet about the cameras. They were described as being a top brand. What I received was junk. Very low quality. The cameras didn't have all the ports they should have had and were made of cheap plastic. None readable icons on buttons. The directions for them were unintelligible. Miss spelling and poor syntax. There was no way how to figure out how to program them using the directions.
I called to complain and asked for my money back. I was told that I had to pay for the return shipping and there would be a 15% restocking fee. They offered me a 2/3 return on my money but told me to keep the camers. They didn't even want them back. I have yet to see the return and will give it another day or so. The unfortunate part about these reviews is that most people will not see them until they have taken the step only to find out they have been taken. Why our government WILL NOT STOP this kind of operation is criminal. I did a Google earth search for the address for this company but identifying the actual address could not be done. It only led me to a shipping company. If you are reading this review, it's probably already too late to stop you from ordering from this website. If not, do yourself a big favor, stay away!!

Website/customer service is insane. Last week I ordered a product online and emailed a question about the product. I received an answer for a question I never asked about a product I never ordered. I then called and confirmed I ordered what I thought I did. This week I was looking at the website and emailed a general question (about browsing the website) to their " contact us" link.
I almost immediately got an email response telling me to call them to order the product I ordered last week, lol.
I called again and again verified they had my order last week (they must not have read my email question at all) and then again asked my original email question today of where to click to get a better pic or view of the items I am looking at. The representative kept me on the phone for 10 minutes explaining that if I want to view any specific product I have to contact them at this phone number and ask them to send me the instruction manual for that specific product. There actually is no way to view more than a 1 inch thumbnail of the product. When I asked why I received an email saying I hadn't ordered the product from last week, the only response was offering to take me off the subscribe list. I have no idea if the products are any good but you are on your own when it comes to service from the website or company customer service itself! I just hope I get the product I paid for and think I ordered.... 😕

Ordered Inductivv headphones through their website.
The headphones were too small, and IMO poor quality so I called the customer service phone number to return the headphones. They told me I would have to pay for the shipping to return, and they would only give me half my money back. I told them I want all my money back. They gave me a new offer, and offered 2/3rd of my money back. I told them I want ALL of my money back and if I have to fight them I will get attorneys involved. I am sitting on hold while he discusses with management I presume. They got back on the line and said they would refund all of my money only after I fought with them. Do not do business with this company, they are scammy.

saw a review on zerohedge - thought zerohedge was on the up and up - but - apparently they are capitalistic parasites and take ads from crap companies - I bought some towels for scratches on car paint - and I bought 4 - didn't check it out any place else - so once again - something stinks on the bottom of my boot - so they gave me all these discounts which was all just numbers they made up - and then with 80 dollars being spent they back loaded the shipping 15 bucks - imagine that - I have a 27 pound item coming - and it was free shipping - and these bozo's are charging me 15 bucks - for four rubbing towels - the each the size of a face washing towel. I have done so well in the last year - but the article on zerohedge snuck by my ad blockers - and stupidly I trusted that it was all good - when no it is not good - turns out my ad blockers did not block because they did not load - more microsoft messing around - because when I shut it down and restarted the ad blockers loaded fine - if I don't get any response from them in the morning I might try to get to bank and stop payment on this. I would say to people when a site keeps doubling down and offering you fantastic deals cheaper and cheaper - you have been had.
Also perhaps = get this - check with trust pilot first
every time I have blundered in the past with buying on line - I did not check Trust Pilot and then when I did - sure enough the company was right here listed with lots of reviews an one star - because that is the lowest you rate them. It is painful that so many people sell their souls for a buck - people would just like to buy stuff in a fair and honest way and they would come back - but these places rely on new fish. Thank you everyone - and I am just as sorry for all of you as for myself because it hurts to be taken advantage of - when you trusted.

Why is this company allowed to operate like this? They are scammers. Lucky my bank instantly blocked the transaction...plus, it said the "Grand Total" was $75.75 but the bank told me they ran it for $125.56. Don't bother with them.

This company does not honor its money back guarantee. Moreover, when I believed I was purchasing an entirely different watch, it was the same horrid watch, called a Vital Fit Track.

I wasted $120 on the watches including $9.95 shipping. My "refund" was $86.19 and they "generously" allowed me not to have to pay to ship this junk back to them.

DO NOT purchase watches (or anything else most likely) from this company!!
