Absolutely love Modelle! Especially the sleeved jilbabs, beautiful high quality fabric and design and at such a low price compared to my local boutiques. I’m so happy with my purchase that I bought another jilbab today, the selection of colours are also gorgeous and rare to find...the dusty pink and grey blue. MashaAllah keep up the great work sisters (and possibly any brothers that also work behind the scenes 😊)

Don’t even bother ordering from this store! I returned items in June 2020 and have been following up until now (March 2021) and have not received a refund or credit for any of the items I returned, which was several hundred dollars worth of clothing. I have emailed them many many times over the last 10 months, and during this time only received one reply from them that didn’t resolve anything. Don’t even bother ordering anything - they are completely useless with customer service and it is not worth the risk. I think they are a dishonest business and unfortunately I can’t recommend for anyone to shop here. Don’t support businesses like this that just want to steal your money. I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

I ordered 3 skirts 1 size 8 and 2 size 10. The size 8 was fine because it wasn't the modelle brand. But the other 2 was way too tight, more so than the 8. Which was pretty stupid. I'd never buy from them again. One of the skirts was also folded from the bottom and the stitching was terrible. When package arrived there was no return slip, so now I've contacted them waiting for them to email it to me so I can return the skirts. Horrible customer service.

Hi first I am sorry for my bad review because I haven’t receive my item while it said it’s delivered next day my neighbour number 11 knock my door and gave me my items so post office dr Vera should make sure about the houses numbers and get the right locations thanks

I got a few items delivered to me and I tried them and some weren’t as I imagined in me and wasn’t happy. So I went to the shop near me to return some of the items and they weren’t able to return any for me which was very disappointing

The staff that were in store when i needed to exchange an item from my order were amazing and so polite. I will continue to shop here i love it

Received my parcel quick in delivery my dress I purchased was a great fit and exactly like in the picture.

My dress arrived quickly from Sydney (I live in Brisbane). The girls were very responsive and helpful. They were really friendly in answering my questions. I’m so happy I chose to purchase a dress from them for my graduation.

Great colour range, and quick post, only downside, a few loose threads on edges of scarves.
