It was really fast delivery despite not being express delivery. Funnily enough, I made an order to a comparable business (the day before this purchase) via express post and it’s a week later compared to Modelle. I’m very impressed.

The dress is completely see through not happy at all

I will most defiently be ordering from modelle again, I loved how my hijab and how it turned out. The shipping was a bit pricey but I understand why it was because I live across the country.

I recently purchased some items online (my second time ordering). I received a dress in a different colour to the one I ordered. I reached out to Modelle via email who confirmed it was the wrong colour and that they would speak to the team and get back to me "as soon as possible".
After waiting a day I sent a follow up and my response was that they couldn't issue a return label due to me not being in AU and if I wanted a $10 voucher. I declined this, because I paid 5x that for the dress I ordered.
I said I either wanted a refund, a return label or the actual item ordered shipped to me. After not getting a reply after a day (which is ample time to respond to your customers btw) I decided I couldn't be bothered dealing with Modelle anymore and disputed the transaction through my payment provider. I then sent an email to Modelle letting them know I had gone to Afterpay since they were not helping me recifty the mistake made. I explained a $10 voucher to spend within the company again is disrespectful, I definitely did not want to shop there again after this.
So that email got me a response and a phone call saying that the "IT team" or the postal carrier couldnt print the label.
I called the lady who handled this out on the phonecall (I will name her but presumably she's a Manager or the Owner) for poorly handling the situation. She obviously needs a lesson in customer service because your unsincere sorry, rude tone and lack of understanding shows because you couldn't even understand my frustrations as the customer. After all that at least I got a refund but it did take a lot of effort.

So here is my review I promised to publish in my final email that sent to you guys to let others know about my own experience.

It’s been 8 business days (!) since I did my order and nothing has been shipped yet. Waiting PATIENTLY as I’m moving overseas in the next two weeks.

Half of my order never arrived. I returned the half that did arrive and they refused to issue me a refund. Close to $150 Aud was stolen by these people.
If they have scammed you please file a dispute with your bank, it is the only chance you have. I am in the process of doing this.

Unfortunately the quality and design of the pieces was very poor, the worst part is that I couldn’t refund my money. I went to the store and still couldn’t find anything good. I was hoping you could improve the quality

Amazing service and delivery. I loved the dress and the neck cover just perferct for summer. I love shopping with u guys and wish u more success

I have ordered 2 x online orders with Modelle. Overall they are good and I would repurchase from again.

Quality - some items are really good. Others my only issue was that some things were see through.

Shipping speed - one order was shipped the next day one a week later. Since changing courier carriers the order was quicker to arrive (in NZ)

Customer service - most of the emails I sent I had no response to and ended up having to ring

I do wish they had customer reviews on their website for individual items, maybe they do and I just can't find it.
