Following your notification, we promptly addressed the situation and our accounting department successfully processed the duty payment, ensuring that no duties were charged to you.
Regarding the invoice you received, we acknowledge, as previously communicated via email, that there are occasional lapses in notification from shipping companies regarding pending duties. However, all duties have been settled by us.
Additionally, we have provided information on our product page under the "Shipping and Duty&Taxes" section. It outlines that should you receive an invoice for pending duties, you simply need to email us a copy of the invoice and we will handle it for you.
Therefore, we believe the review is unfair, given that we have taken care of the duties as stated on our website. We hope this clarifies any concerns you may have had.

It is legit and i received my item in a very beautiful condition but the shipping time was horrible since it got stuck in France due to olympics it took 3 weeks to get to the US .. but overall is nice website with very good prices i can’t imagine i got my fendi bag 30% cheaper than here in the US and was included tax and duties…
