Ordered a pair of ladies boots. When I put it on the zip split from the heel. I took a photo and sent it to them. The reply was if I want to return it has to be at my own expense, sent it to China even though it was faulty . Now they offer me 40% which I have accepted cos I don't want to spend money sending faulty item to China, also I don't want to waste any more time with this company. I loose a bit of money but they loose me as customer

When I received the coat I had ordered, it was nothing like the original. It was a copy and extremely poor quaility. I sent an emall requesting a return label for a refund. The process you needed to go through was nigh on impossible. I wrote:
I have looked at your returns policy and cannot see how it can be completed. The withdrawal form is a PDF and can’t be completed unless you have a PDF Reader, which I don’t. When you press the link for the online retun form, all you get is some ‘Form Over Quota’ Jotform. Just what is that? It would appear that you don’t want any items returned and thus making it impossible to complete a straightforward returns process.

I don’t understand why you need photos. You must know exactly what you are selling. Below the defects are highlighted:
1. I spent about 10 minutes removing the unfinished threads ¬– poor finishing throughout.
2. Button holes are badly stitched and in time would fray.
3. Buttons are badly sewn on and would undoubtedly fall off.
4. The top button when fastened doesn’t match on either side and looks awful.

I would hardly describe the coat as ‘stylish’ or ‘elegant’. A similar coat is being sold on Ebay for £8.39. It actually looks better than the one you sent and in fact, that’s about all this one is worth. This coat looks like a cheap copy of similar ones being sold by Jess Marcy and Steales.

I shall expect a return label as soon as possible please.

This whole scam is now being investigated.

Awful company. I was taken in buy recognising the Moda brand and with it having London in the title.Please do not buy anything from them. I ordered a Linen dress .When it arrived I could see clearly it was not Linen. The label said polyester. It only vaguely resembled what the dress looked like in their picture which I assume they stole from another website. I cannot return it because it was in the sale - most of their items are in the sale. A scam company avoid at all costs. I am now left with a rag to throw in the bin or clean my windows with !!!

Can we not do something about this terribly dishonest company. I ordered shoes in Early August.I have had many emails with excuses like "not given correct address" miniscule refunds have been offered but no sign at all of the goods. They clearly have no intention of honouring the purchase,or giving a full refund. How to get them closed down??

Terrible - ordered boots which are poor quality and too big. Tried to return and get a refund and have been told I can keep the boots and get a 20% refund and that returning them will be more expensive. Very dissatisfied with both the quality and service.

The item was very poor quality; nothing like what the picture looked like, The Moda-London page looked very professional with the cloths looking fabulas.
Infact it looks like it was made in someone house.
The company do not send returns labels; it cost £17:00 to send any item back to them in China. I was told to give the item away and a refund will be given less 20%, which I still have not received to date. Very dissappointed; I feel CONNED as a result I will only use company's such as Debenhams, Next, River Island etc. I would not rate this company but I have to give a rating.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying anything.
I never got an email to confirm my order they took my money sent an absolutely awful pair of the cheapest trainers I have ever seen in my life. I asked to return and they said they need a order confirmation that they never sent me! Don't buy from this company. Luckily I only brought one item.

Really wish I read these reviews. Ordered a jumper. It’s more like an unravelled ball of wool. Certainly not worth £33. No way to contact them. Emails bounce. Website links go in circles. Edit. So eventually heard back. They tried to offer 10% refund and keep the item. Several times I reminded them of the consumer rights act. Eventually they agreed to refund in full. It was painful and took many many days. But they did refund quickly. I would never buy from them again. Ever.

Awful company - Do not buy from this website, ordered 3 pairs of boots that cost £75 and they came with no size all too small, have requested refund 4 times and they will not give me refund. Would give this website 0 stars if there was an option as it is an absolute scam!!

I am so disappointed, I ordered some waterproof boots for walking my dogs, what arrived was the most disgusting boots I have ever seen and they do not even fit! I ordered a 4, what arrived is a 3 at best! I asked for a full refund, they kept offering me a discount on my refund, first they offered 20% then they went up to 40%. I have looked up how much it will cost to return the boots to China, and it’s going to cost minimum £12.00. I feel like they have scammed me! I’ve reported their website to security scammers and will be reporting them to trading standards. We need to post these scammers everywhere, so other people don’t make the same mistake!

I ordered boots before reading reviews. Same day as ordering I cancelled order. They confirmed cancellation by email but then took payment. It took some time and many emails but I have received a full refund. Communication was slow but they did respond to me on several occasions. My original star rating was 1 but I have increased this as I was treated well at the end.

I bought boots aweful cheap nasty definitely not a size 6 at best small 5.
Sold as waterproof a big no on that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Yes same here received an item but not fit ok but when try to return or exchange just get the same response as others and unable to contact directly or reply to emails. Will keep watch and fingers crossed those trying to get refunds are successful. Not a good feeling but the first time have experienced so will take more scrutiny before using new websites. Thanks.

Ref my last on the scam company Moda-London.com (clothes). Do not confuse this with the real London store www. moda-london.com who are a genuine company. Please report all fraudulence with the fake site as this is affecting the original/real company. I have had a response after emailing them on numerous occasions! We will see if I get my refund? If not I will continue to contact the company & other agencies. I will not give on to a fraudulent company.

Not as described or as pictured. Very disappointing cheap material. Unable to wear. Please avoid.

I ordered a coat with Borg lining. What I received was a poorly made knock off. Edges not even hemmed and cut wonky. Seems are coming apart and very cheap material.
I’ve been emailing them to return the item but they want me to pay for the return to China even though their return policy states they will cover the cost if the item is damaged or incorrect. They have offered a 30% refund which is a total insult.
Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I ordered a pair of grey trainer/shoes.
Quality poor... Didn't even lace the shoes.. Won't buy from this company again..
