Excellent company for mobility items. I got my scooter 2yrs ago & the after care I’ve received is absolutely brilliant. I’ve had a few breakdowns & they come out asap. The engineers are polite & knowledgeable. The customer service advisers are happy & polite also. I can not recommend this company enough

I was unsure about making such a large purchase just to use whilst on holiday, but after speaking to Paul via e-mail, the scooter i've chosen is perfect for my needs. Looks great, drives great, and the auto-fold function means no strain on my dodgy back!!! Can't wait to take it on holiday!!!

We ordered a scooter online for my elderly mum who had a change of heart immediately when she saw the scooter. Mobility Scooters Plus and Rob honoured their refund policy and gave a personal and responsive service throughout the period we were liaising regarding the refund and collection.

Absolutely delighted with my new mobility scooter! I chose a Rascal 329LE as I previously had one of these models. The company kept in touch with me about its arrival and checked how I wanted to have the scooter set up for me. They delivered it personally and I thought the service was truly excellent. Always helpful on the telephone, and just as helpful in person! Thank you so much!

Great choice of scooters at competitive prices and superb customer service: telephone calls are answered quickly and also returned when promised, emails/general enquiries are responded to swiftly, and when I asked if I could have the scooter within a few days next day delivery was arranged.

I ordered the Motion Healthcare Lithilite as I needed a scooter I could transport in my car - it's very simple and quick to disassemble/reassemble and the pieces are light enough for me to easily lift into my car boot. Despite its light weight, it has a great size padded seat and has all round suspension so it's comfortable enough to use all day, unlike many lightweight models. Everything was as advertised and it even came with a month's free insurance. I'm delighted with it.

There was initially a little issue on delivery but this was rectified extremely quickly and efficiently by the team and they resolved all my queries, even my little nobble(! - thank you Rob 😁) very satisfactorily. I would definitely purchase from Mobility Scooters Plus again and highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Mobility Scooters Plus. Great communication, I emailed at first and then a quick phone call to sort out payment and 2 days later I’ve got my scooter. I’m beyond happy and so appreciative of Chris & Paul who helped me in my purchase.

Despite describing themselves as 'a family run business who take pride in their customer service' this company has zero compassion. My dad died unexpectedly before being able to actually use his brand new scooter. As he had it for 17 days (a measly 3 days over the return period) this company have refused to help my mother in any way at all, leaving her with a bill she cannot afford and a scooter she cannot use. What sort of customer service is that?! Clearly only bothered about their financial gain with no care towards their customers whatsoever.

I have used Mobility Plus on five occasions over the past 10 years, mainly because designs have improved and and overall weights have reduced. When I have had problems with a scooter the issues have been resolved quickly and successfully.

From my first phone call to ask about the scooter I received friendly, efficient advice. Only slight glitch was the delivery which just arrived - I had asked to be informed as to when this would be. Luckily I was near home at the time. When I couldn't charge the batteries, we had an email exchange until I could! All done, in a friendly, kind and efficient manner!

Excellent scooter. Unfortunately my husband died this morning shortly after receiving it and before he had a chance to use it. I was refused a refund because he had had it for 17 days. The cut off for return is 14 days. I’m now left with a scooter I don’t need and a credit agreement I can’t pay. Heartless doesn’t begin to describe this company!

Friendly, professional and reliable service. Not only has my life opened up again with some independence, but the advice I was given re purchasing an accessory, saved me time and money.

Excellent customer service and support. Efficient and reliable. Paul was very friendly and allowed the time to explain and demonstrate the power chair. Any questions I had were answered and followed up.

My first contact with Mobility Scooter Plus was an enquiry by e-mail about the scooter I had been researching.
Rob got back to me confirming they could get it.
( at a very reasonable price ).
They kept in touch with me by email & phone on how my order was progressing.
The scooter arrived by courier 6 days later. Brilliant.
I assembled it myself and put it on charge overnight.
This scooter has so far been the best I've ever owned.

The Kymco K-Lite Comfort Scooter is fantastic with all round suspension it's like driving a Tesla!!! This is my 4th mobility scooter and i'm so glad that i took so much time reading and researching what's out there. The only drawback for me is the fact the scooter does not have lights as I use my scooter day and night. Also, the hand controls took a little getting used to as previous models it was the reverse layout. From the first point of contact I was put at ease and didn't feel like the company just wanted a quick sale. A big "Thank You" to Paul and team.

Everything was so easy from ordering to deliver. Chris chased a query up quickly and kept me informed all the way. My husband loves his mobility scooter.

Very helpful replying to a query I had before purchasing, which led to me being happy to buy from this company.

I've knocked one star off only because of the lack of communication afterwards. My scooter was dispatched really quickly but I didn't receive an email to let me know, so the first I knew of it was when I received a call from the courier attempting to deliver it while I was away from home. Redelivery had to be arranged for the following week.

Despite this I'd be happy to purchase from Mobility Scooters Plus again in the future.

The scooter took over a month to arrive due to difficulties in a third party company providing the puncture proof tyres.
The staff which I talked to over the phone and the delivery driver were very clear and professional.

However I can only give a 2 star rating because the communication to let me know what was going on was non existent as the few times I spoke to them was only after I had to make the call or left a message for a call back.
Only one single email to say payment received and nothing after that.
The scooter itself is 5 stars but the lack of communication and time it took to arrive made a lot of difference even though nice company to do business with.

I wish I had paid for someone to come with it to help assemble it as it looks very difficult so I'm having to wait for my daughter to come and do it, the delivery man was very nice and friendly, as for the company although I didn't actually speak to anyone they were very good at answering my emails
