Mobility in Motion Anmeldelser

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Hoist , adapted and installed in my wife’s car. The engineer was very skill full with the adaption and installation of the hoist which lifts an electric mobility scooter into the boot in 1 piece. No struggles or stress anymore.

Very happy with the service and the adaption to the car. I had the accelerator adapted so it can be used normally on the right side or it can be used on the left side when I am driving. I am having lessons as advised!

From start to finish they were reliable and the hoist was expertly fitted with clear instructions on its use. It works well and is exactly what we needed. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Have used the company before and the service is still excellent

All staff very patient with my frequent call for me to make the right decision.
Apart from some problem with the remote battery. This was dealt with very efficiently. Fitting of the hoist done by a kind and helpful gentleman
I think this firm employ good people.

Mobility in Motion first gave us a comprehensive demonstration of the Joey lift, whilst confirming the suitability of our vehicle and checking on our specific needs and preferences. Communication was excellent and the lift was fitted in one afternoon and one morning at our local hub in Chesterfield. The lift is excellent and all wiring is done professionally with our MPV returned in pristine condition. M in M even gave us a call a couple of weeks after installation to ensure that everything was working as it should. Great service all round.

The item I required was obtained quickly as needed for forthcoming holiday

The very helpful staff
Everyone from first contact through to the fitting of left foot throttle pedal with flip control so that my daughter could drive it right footed if necessary were very helpful and explained everything in plain English not technical jargon.

Very helpfull and a speedy response to my requests.
The installer was extremely patient and resolved my installation problem very satisfactorally.
Would happily reccomend.

The fitting of the houst in the new car was done on my drive by the engineer.
Very good service. I would recommend this company

Helpful honest ,engineer turned up on the day, explained everything and was friendly also the company followed up a few weeks later to check that everything was ok. Overall a good experience.

Delivery was excellent, after sales service was excellent but more time demonstrating and checking that the purchaser was confident using the chair and hoist is essential.

Got hand controls fitted quickly, kept in touch & i am happy with them on my car.

So friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and accommodating. I’m not able to travel very far so their team came to the house to do the adaptations to the car i needed. First class service and amazing people

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM INITIAL ASSESSMENT TO FITTING AND INSTRUCTIONS

Although there was a delay in responding to my call, the visit went well, the problem with the flooring in the boot was sorted out and I'm pleased with the solution. provided by the engineer

Love my hoist, it's made so much difference to me and enabled me to be independent

I really couldn’t speak more highly of Rob, from the moment he arrived, to the completion of the installation of the hoist which was fitted very tidily. After the demonstration Rob made sure I understood not only the operation but also added some maintenance advice. I was extremely pleased with everything.
