Mobility in Motion Anmeldelser

We had a member of sales team come out who was good. The meachanic fitted hoist. However, the hoist had been difficult to us and it is impossible to get mt husband to sitting uoright.

Although I had to wait for an engineer in the area. He explained something zi hadn't noticed so far so good. Thankyou for being so helpful

Autochair hoist can be purchased for £200 from Facebook. Requires 3 bolts and fixings kit. They will not sell to end user. Dealers want to rip you a off £850 to fit. It's a closed shop

You did what you said you would do
Were very helpful and professional throughout
Well done

so helpful to us

Demonstration visit was promptly arranged and was most helpful in the decision to purchase. Products explained and demonstrated very well.
Order made on the day and all arrangements for vehicle uplift, fitting and return worked perfectly.

great knowledge of all components of the hoist very well explained

The sales staff were informative and very helpful, following my order the fitter arrived on time and did a great job of fitting the hoist to my car.
I was given clear instructions on how to use the hoist and has been an enormous help with my daily life as before the hoist was fitted I was physically unable to get my mobility scooter in and out of my car.

Fitted a hoist in my Toyota Rav 4, other companies said it could not be done. great company great job, great people. This has changed my life!!!!

Most certainly useful if you’ve got back trouble
Easy to use

Great after sales service

Engineer removed. My car hoist from the tailgate, good engineer fitting.

Good communications and an efficient service.

The hoist was fitted into my new car fairly quickly and all went well. My only concern was that, because the hoist was not transferred, but had to be removed from my previous car by my garage mechanics, I had to send a photo of the removed parts before any action could be taken. Very cumbersome, and your records should have indicated what had been installed in my previous car.

Good service. Staff are knowledgeable and made things very clear. Fitter arrived on time and was very polite and friendly. Good company for advice on disability.

Great experience, so efficient. Hoist has changed my life-so easy to use.

Great service from first contact everyone was so helpful. Even when I jammed the arm
The first day using it they calmed me down and talked me through freeing it. I now know to remember all the steps especially the first one lift the arm before using remote. The hoist itself makes life so much easier well worth the cost we would spend more on a holiday which we really cannot do now. This gives us freedom

Although the original hoist fitted was incorrect this was soon remedied. All the staff including the fitters were very polite and knowledgeable. The poor fitter who replaced the original hoist did so in torential rain. Most people would have cancelled the appointment and made a new one for when the weather was better. The hoist itself has been a dream. Made such a difference.

Right from my initial approach the company have been professional, polite and helpful.

Good demonstration of product with no pressure to order.

Good communication with all staff willing to help.

Excellent after sales service.
