I tried a pair of lovely shoes on they were too big so the lovely assistant ordered me a smaller fit I waited a couple of days brilliant fit so comfy Thankyou so

Unable to Track package and delivery

Firstly I rang M2U before placing my order as I wanted to check up on the spec and delivery leadtime beforehand. I left a message on their answering machine, to which no one ever returned my call.
I placed the order anyway as we were desperate for the wheelchair. When I got an email providing a link to check the tracking status, I was horrified that I had to download a ‘sales’ app to check the status. I eventually downloaded it but still could not figure out where my order was.
Then, I got a text to say that my order was being delivered but only the cushion came, no wheelchair! Not much help.
My brother then started to chase the order and we still were none the wiser where the wheelchair was. The staff member even offered to refund the money!!
We requested that the item was sent by courier with next day delivery. The item eventually turned up 2 days later.
It should not be this difficult to order an item and keep a track on where it is in the system. Very disappointing

We assure you that we take all such matters very seriously and wish to ensure customers are never inconvenienced in such a way. You will see that the majority of the reviews we receive are for great delivery and service and product quality. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We need to understand a little more about the Sales app that you mention as we would never require our customers to download a sales app. Furthermore, your items were sent out from 2 warehouses with the cushion being dispatched immediately and the wheelchair a few days later. This was due to the fact that the 2 items were in different locations. We will of course ensure better timescales are provided in the future. The vast majority of our orders go out the same or very next working day from our own warehouses. Unfortunately on this occasion your wheelchair went out a few days delayed. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and have taken on board your comments regarding communication.

Shoddy

They sent us the item, the box was broken on delivery, my husband took it anyway, the item had no screws in the box! I emailed mobility 2 you, over a month later they havnt bothered to contact us back, I only gave them 2 stars because we got the item, beware the goods are badly wraped, and customer services are non existant, once they have your money you could get your item in poor condition then your stuck with it !!! Buyer beware !

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Having looked into this I can see that 1 day after your email, we requested come information which we required for our manufacturing to dispatch the correct part. I believe, to date we have not received this back.

I will get the parts team to call you in the morning. You will see from our past reviews that such a matter and service is extremely rare and I am sorry that you have experienced this.

I am confident that we can resolve this for you soon and we will try and get the information we need from you as soon as parts is open on Monday.

Rest assured, our packaging, delivery and quality control is always aimed at the highest standards and we regularly monitor all aspects of our service.

We thank you for your feedback and will absolutely ensure we look into this in detail and ensure such episodes are avoided as much as are reasonably possible.
