Called and booked tyre service. Came within said time same day and replaced tyre. Very reliable and efficient. Friendly and helpful advice from the mechanic. Good price, in line with other prices.

Flat tyre at local attraction
We got a flat tyre, after a lovely day at a local attraction. I googled Tyre Buddy, their response was quick. They courteously listened to my problem & gave me clear instruction of price, timing plus all the information which I needed. They were contactable on WhatsApp, the whole time. Zama arrived after 1 hour, which was within the time frame. He was courteous, polite & respectful. He fitted a new tyre in around 15 minutes. Excellent service at a good price for an emergency callout. I would recommend Mobile tyre buddy.

Rang up to get a quote for a tyre to be replaced and given a price of over £200 which was much more than a quote from a local company. When I told the man I wouldn’t bother was told in a very rude manner to take my car to a garage then!! Obviously this man needs a course in customer service care.

Svar fra Mobile Tyre Buddy LTD
Dear Lesley,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We are absolutely disgusted to read your comments and the version of events described, as this is not the level of communication or professionalism we expect from any member of our team. We take customer service extremely seriously, and any suggestion that a customer was spoken to in a rude or dismissive manner is deeply concerning to us.
We would like to make it clear that all of our calls are recorded. We will be reviewing the call in full to understand exactly what was said and how this situation was handled. If there has been any lapse in professionalism, it will be addressed immediately and appropriately.
With regard to pricing, our quotes reflect a number of factors including the specific tyre requested, brand, load and speed rating, availability, fitting, disposal of the old tyre, and in some cases emergency or same-day service. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality products and a responsive service, which may not always be directly comparable to other quotes. However, pricing should always be explained clearly and respectfully.
Regardless of the circumstances, no customer should ever feel dismissed. If you would be willing to contact us directly, we would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review the call recording with you and discuss this properly.
We are committed to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, and we will not shy away from investigating this thoroughly.
Kind regards,
Director

Very quick and efficient service. From putting the phone down to getting back on the road took less than an hour, impressive considering it was late on a Friday afternoon.
With the state of the roads now i have no doubt that i will be using these guys again at some point.
