Mobile Tyre Buddy LTD Anmeldelser

You can tell this company cares about customer experience. Adam was polite, patient, and took the time to answer my questions properly. The tyre fitting was quick, but the service never felt rushed.

Found this company online after a quick Google search after finding a huge screw in my tyre. Helpful from the start and the fitter attended within the hour. Very professional and helpful. Would strongly recommend. Special mention to Sam who was friendly and particularly helpful

Excellent response times & they definitely know what they’re doing. Be aware that payment goes to Zaman Tyres for the deposit & Fast Lane tyres for the remaining balance. That threw me a bit

We had a puncture and after calling 4 different 24hr tyre fitters we went with tyre buddy because they were the cheapest and gave us the quickest time that they could come to us. We paid £310 for a new back tyre which is expensive compared to a garage but not as expensive as other recovery companies quoted us. The fitter arrived around 2 hours after we first called, was very quick at getting us back on the road, friendly and professional.

Amazing costumer service from Ryan and Ossie
Would use this company again

I had a flat tyre unexpectedly as it turned out to be a slow puncture! Then discovered my front tyres were completely past the legal limit! Called mobile tyre buddy, they gave me clear instructions over the phone, checked the photos I sent via WhatsApp and the fitter arrived within 30 mins! Got all three tyres sorted and will be a happy traveller for the bank holiday!! They were very courteous throughout! Would highly recommend them and definitely use them again! Thank you mobile tyre buddy!

Back on road within 30 minutes

Couldn’t fault the service I received, Sam was really friendly and helpful on the phone arranging for a tyre fitter to come out to me. The fitter, Hussain arrived quickly and was friendly and efficient. I was back on the road in less than 40 minutes from when I first contacted Mobile Tyre Buddy, fantastic service.

Spoke to Zak for assistance as l am a first timer using mobile tyre service. I was afraid of being scammed mostly or them coming to assist at their own time, but he made it very easy and reassuring. In less than 30min after him booking me in their buddy van arrived at my location. Very friendly staff. Thank you so much will gladly recommend.

Fast and efficient service he even got to the bottom of why my tire was flat a screw had caused it.

Absolutely fantastic service picked us up from Ilkeston and dropped us at new hofton. He was there 19 minutes after made the call, i would definitely recommend 👌👍reasonable prices for services. I expected it being way more expensive 🙃 ((that was the cherry on top for me ))

Woke up with a flat tyre the morning of my sisters wedding. Within two hours of contacting, we had a brand new tyre fully fitted and a health check done on all our other tyres. Cannot thank you enough - saved the day and was a super friendly, knowledgeable, speedy, and reliable service! Thank you!
